Three Emperors Cannon Punch Kung Fu: Striking & Sparring

SanHuangPaoChui or Three Emperors Cannon Fist is one of the more efficient and deadly internal martial arts of Northern China.
As little is known about SanHuangPaoChui in the West I have put together a short illustration of how SanHuangPaoChui striking and sparring are practiced in TianTan.
Featured in this video is my Master WangQi. Wang Shrfu is the 9th Generation Banner Holder of Ye style SanHuangPaoChuiChuan and one of my instructors in Beijing.
