My worst display of breaking some bricks! First I took the harder ones , the ones which were stored outside during the rain! Accidentally I broke the middle one, then the first one and then all three at once ! I still need to learn to master my “Force “!
Next time I will do better !

Another option is the lots of free content about shaolin kung fu, the best in my opinion are the old videos, it is harder to learn that way but still really useful
