Remember, that dinner is just $10, including 10% tax, with zero tip. Just $10 for that ambience and quality and service. Ten dollars to stuff your belly with food that is well prepared, using reasonably non-processed ingredients in a religiously clean kitchen, in one of the "most expensive cities in the world", where service is second-to-none. 26 years in Japan now - and honestly I have gone through love droughts - but when I see videos like this it just amplifies/rekindles/or inspires me to see more. Japan rocks!!
10 dollar goes a long way as long as you are not in the North America. Got a decent lunch in Lyon France after Covid for 12 usd, add 3 usd for a glass of wine. Remember, Americans should never leave their country and other countries should tax Americans and Canadians who tour/live there based on the passports. I fully support this as an American living in jp.
Americans are getting ripped off and those pricing schemes are going International because the companies doing it want to expand and extract. Hold on to your bu**s.
I agree with you on Yayoi-ken. It's one of my favorites as well. The food there is so delicious. I'm happy to see that the deer are doing well as well. I read that they were struggling during the pandemic because nobody came to feed them anymore, so it's good to see that they're fine. I should try to go and visit them when I have time as well.
As I watch this, I am daydreaming about taking one of these overnight rides and traveling with my independently powered Roland SP 404 MKII beat machine and just making music through the night with my headphones on.
I love seeing videos like this one. Usually what we see are the downsides of foreign countries. The poor the crowds and rarely their beauty and what it's like in parts you'd most like to see if you actually visited and know where to go to enjoy the culture and food. It's kind of like our media don't want us to know how nice these places can be in certain areas. No matter where you go you will find poverty and crime. Few want to visit a faraway land to see what their bad areas are like. Thank You. Japan is on my bucket list.
I especially enjoyed the inclusion of the deer. (Deer are never called deers. One or many , they are still just called deer. "I saw many deer in the park today. There were several does and an adorable fawn, but I did not see any bucks. One deer came and ate from my hand. " Thank you for this pleasant diversion!
Thank you for sharing! If you come to the U.S., visit Cody, Wyoming in the summer. It’s an hour east of Yellowstone National Park. The Mule Deer there are everywhere! Right downtown walking in the parks, sidewalks, crossing the main roads, right into residential areas. I miss it.
I am from Egypt and I am a good follower of you ❤I thank you for your effort and the way you present the beautiful content, and I thank you for this wonderful and beautiful world in all your content
That looked quite amazing. The scenery reminded me of Korea. I only ever saw the airports in Japan. I thought I’d have more time in Asia but that wasn’t to be.
Hi, travelfriend! I thought this would be the first video where I didn't see you eat... haha, I think I was too anxious. You know, I live very far from Japan and I didn't know anything about it, I only knew Tokyo and Kyoto (and Fukushima, Hiroshima and Nagasaki for obvious reasons), but now I met Nara and I'm just in love, I think I could live in this city, it's so beautiful ! Thank you for another great video. Rock, paper, Scissors. Paper, I won!
Thanks for this sympa video. I was laughing when you show washroom and similars. I ask myself what I would do instead in your place in narrow stage 😊😅. Thanks for video. Great country Japan.
This video is fantastic. Id pay that and do it a few more times. So clean, I can only imagine the broken down trash in America. I enjoyed this video, terribly relaxing.
So apparently Dream Sleeper buses are for Salary men who can deep sleep. They go to sleep in Tokyo and Wake up in Osaka/Kyoto and immediately can start working early in morning.
I used to work in a company in LA. Software engineers had travel to different parts of country. The worst part was to East coast. The company loved to book plabe departs around 12 am. By the time, plane arrives, it is 9am, time to work. It saved company one day hotel n Software engineers get to work right away. Oh, it was always economy. People hate. People have hard time sleeping on planes. Japanese working culture is harsh. I don't know if companies will send people from Tokyo to Osaka via bus 9n business trips.
This looks like a great way to travel. I love bus trips. If I ever come back to Japan, I will have to try this. The deer at Nara Park are very friendly. At Miyajima Island, the deer are very mean there.
Love the serene vibes that your videos always give off, thank you for making such amazing content (Japan tourism should seriously consider paying & partnering with you 😅). BTW the deers at the end were so cute 🥰 Take care 🤗
It is also very popular in Hungary. There are many different versions. At Christmas, it is part of the festive table in many families. Tourists also like it, and you can get it on the street. For us, rice is part of the filling.
Wundervoll 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 bin froh das du sie mir das zeigen 😢😢😢könnte ja nie nach Japan reisen wegen geld 💰 toll diese Atmosphäre usw lebe ja in kleiner stadt ❤❤❤❤you welcom to bamberg
Thanks for sharing the vids. I would pay extra for the privacy if I had to ride the bus, unless you edited out the sound, I didn't hear much road sounds. BTW, I would definately end up broke feeding the deer, they're sooo cute. 🙂
I recently visited this restaurant with friends. Very tasty cabbage rolls. I was surprised that such an old establishment was preserved in the city center. The interior is old and pleasant music.

We Indians want pure vegetable dishes.
It.. looks.. expensive 😅
I would take Yoshinoya • Sukiya • Saizeriya • Gasuto😅

Cabbage roll + rice = Sarma
Beautiful, I love your Nara park videos too.
The R&B music they were playing in the restaurant is a nice vibe...the food loooks like a good home cooked meal...😊
Im glad to see the long videos made a come back. I enjoy the longer videos because of the slow more relaxed pace.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful video! I would love to travel like that. So relaxing and quiet.
Love the restaurant vibe of Earth Wind and Fire ❤❤❤❤

Ok, Earth, Wind, and Fire! I know the vibes were good at that restaurant!
💯
I know right? I was so blown away when I heard that! Great vibe for sure!
I love your videos. The deer were beautiful to see. I hope they are well cared for.
How cute are the deers in Nara

Absolutely adorable video. Extremely entertaining.
The music at the restaurant in the beginning was great
Aww the deer is so cute 🥺🥰 🦌
You heard so much Earth Wind and Fire at your delicious looking meal! What a nice private room! Thanks!

This was beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for the wonderful animals at the end ❤️❤️❤️
Loved this video.... they're always so interesting. Thank you x
Rocking vibes great music 🎶 while eating delicious looking cabbage stew 🍲 awesome
I know the food must be amazing if the music selection is that great - Earth Wind and Fire. ❤Great to see the restaurant is still thriving.
I love the vibe in that restaurant! Old school R&B jams! Get down Japan!💃🕺

Always so organized and effective and efficient. Machines for everything. ❤

I wish they had those private room buses in the UK. 👋👋 from UK. Japan has a fantastic culture and identity.
This video is fantastic. Id pay that and do it a few more times. So clean, I can only imagine the broken down trash in America. I enjoyed this video, terribly relaxing.

Who are those salary men who moves tokyo to nara daily?

@@commentorsilensor3734probably cheaper than a plane and if they use a bullet train they eat into the work day.
That leaves me out
That sounds awful.
I've been on that Dream Sleeper. It is nice to have your own cabin.
Earth Wind and Fire in Japan is fantastic 😍
I always have fun exploring different buses and trains with you. Regards from 🇩🇪
