Huawei started my WHOLE personality, the first actual device i got is a Huawei tablet, and it was AMAZING! It made me grow more love for the tech theory, i always loved seeing new things i could do on this tablet and it was like a dream for me! I wish Huawei the best, they deserve a chance.
In the future Apple:the box comes without a phone for the phone you need to come to apple pay 2000$ and show the box which has NFC,magnets and 7g built into it but in apple you can choose iPhone 16,16 pro,16 pro pro, 16 plus,16 plus pro max mini 7g.
Imagine Huawei didn't had any restrictions It would have topped the smartphone market in camera and performance I love Huawei because it's my first phone and I absolutely loved it
Yeah the only thing I hate about huawei phones is locked software and Chips. I get why they need to lock the Software (security reasons) but why lock the Hardware. I wanted to do some cool tricks with my phone by rooting and doing other stuff. I even tried to learn how to make my own custom Android only to be stopped by Huawei's Bootloader lock.
Hardest Choices to make in life- 1. Mrwhosetheboss or MKBHD. 2. Space Ring or Camera Donut 3. Unlock Mate 40 Pro with Fingerprint or Face ID 4. "Interrupted 60fpps" or "...eh it's FAST." 5. What word to use while asking people to subscribe
It needs to have a complete package I don’t give a stuff about fast refresh rates as really what does that add apart from my scrolling is a bit smoother and a little quicker. For me value is a well rounded and excellent app market. Updates for nearly 5 years, stable software a phone that is totally reliable for every day use. The fact that if I have an issue I can easily get help. A good accessory range and the peace of mind knowing that a company won’t abandon the phone in 2 years and me having to wait an age to get updates. A fully threshed out eco system where other products work with the ones you have. Top grade security I don’t want ads neither do I want people tracking my web searches. As an amateur musician where would I go for sketching out songs that I could share with others to work on and just simply plug a keyboard into my iPad or work on photography easily. It’s not just about the and I get why people hate Apple I wasn’t a fan of them until I switched as I was using android phones since the early days of Htc. Yep this phone has so much storage and it fast and it has this and that. It also has probably has not much customer service issues with apps that you want yep you maybe able to side load them but why should anyone pay over £1,000 for that crap experience what for 120hz refresh specs are not everything

Well, I'm not sure if that is going to happen or not, but Huawei's services are slowly but surely getting better and better, so if Huawei doesn't mannage to get their google back, then their own in house services might fully replace it, and might even be just as good as it.
As a person who doesn't really use Huawei products i have to say this is a great phone. Hats off to you too for not only reviewing it but going into so much details. Really made me realised how overpriced Apple products are / how much more Apple as a company can do to improve their products. You just got a new sub!
Samsung too not just apple. Samsung is even worse than Apple. Its spec camera sheet always lie. Photos of people always has softening. Selfie camera always have fish eye effect. Less details in pictures only thing samsing is no. 1 in is the sound speakers and headphones. I own all three phone brand.

We get 2-years warranty and longterm coverage if there are inherent hardware issues. Also, importing a Snapdragon is more expensive as Exynos versions get big discounts quick as no one wants them. Samsung sucks in 2020 in Europe and Asia, much worse than Apple.

I wish Huawei still was a major player in the smartphone game, their high end phones were so ahead of their time 😢 I have a S23 Ultra but that new Mate 60 Pro looks beautiful! Huawei phones have such unique, stunning and futuristic yet wacky designs that no other android manufacturer has been able to match yet since the GPS ban, I hope one day they are able to officially access the Play Store, I have hope that soon again they can but the more time goes on the less likely that seems to be 🙁
I thought samsung used to have something simular but it would detect when the phone wasn't being looked at so it would turn the screen off if the user stopped looking at it
I love Huawei and would still like to continue using it. Watching using Mate 10 which up to this day is still very fast and the camera is still great. Huawei is the best phone I ever used

I bought Huawei P20 pro 3 years ago and still works like a charm. It's been fallen down numerous of times, been under water 2 times. It's broken here & there but the screen is in good shape. The back is not looking good but I have a phone case for that. I still can't find a better phone than P20 pro. Think I'll try the P30 or P40 next. I thought this long time ago but I still love the P20.

I am still using my Mate 20 bought more than 3 years ago. It functions smoothly and works well. Excellent camera and connectivity. It is the most reliable phone to me.
So still using mine mate 40 pro after two years, and no problems, getting updates every two months, every app works, even without GMS. Wouldn't change it for anything

But there's facts about that spying thing too, they found out that Chinese apps does so, Huawei is also involved but it's harder to prove it. Notice that they blocked unlocking bootloader for all of their phones... That's sus af, they don't want people to mess arround with their os or install clean android.

Huwaei's designs aren't original and the front is ugly but the back cuthole atleast looks neat and clean I guess like the OnePlus 7T that tried the circular cutout
Just download youtube vanced, you can even use their additional micro-G to log into your account. I wouldn't recommend logging into your main one for sure for security reasons, but you can use a spare one to comment or whatever. Also vanced is like yt premium so it can still work in the background

Hey, just a quick tip, android 11 on the google pixel 4a and 5 (maybe other phones) has Live Transcribe, a brand new feature which is auto live captioning for all media playing on your device real time. It's like auto captions for youtube, but works on any audio on your device and transcribes it. Web videos, instagram videos, even phone calls will instantly live transcribe to captions/subtitles on the screen at the system level (works with any app you're using). Mrwhostheboss mention's it in his pixel 4a review, check it out, its supposed to recognize words even better than youtube auto caption

And one way is better than no way :) and like I'm reading in the comment section and see the automatic captions, Arun has a good voice, so voice recognition works really well if he speaks. This is how you can access RUclips and RUclips music on new huawei devices:- 1. Go to Petal Search 2. Search for 'vanced microG' 3. Install the apk file. 4. Open the file and install all three apps inside it( microG, Vanced and music) Now you can access adv free RUclips and RUclips music. This works well in other android devices as well Thank you.
I doubt a major tech reviewer can show Vanced publicly on their channel. It's illegal by RUclips's own terms of service and Arun could face some major legal troubles for posting a video with it. He can probably download the regular RUclips app, however.

The Eyes-on display is super smart, it would help save battery life and if it works well then it's a great feature. I only wonder how well it does for angle detection. I could see Apple or Samsung adding this to their OS.

I bought Huawei P20 pro 3 years ago and still works like a charm. It's been fallen down numerous of times, been under water 2 times. It's broken here & there but the screen is in good shape. The back is not looking good but I have a phone case for that.
I still can't find a better phone than P20 pro. Think I'll try the P30 or P40 next. I thought this long time ago but I still love the P20.

But there's facts about that spying thing too, they found out that Chinese apps does so, Huawei is also involved but it's harder to prove it. Notice that they blocked unlocking bootloader for all of their phones... That's sus af, they don't want people to mess arround with their os or install clean android.

Just download youtube vanced, you can even use their additional micro-G to log into your account. I wouldn't recommend logging into your main one for sure for security reasons, but you can use a spare one to comment or whatever. Also vanced is like yt premium so it can still work in the background

Hey, just a quick tip, android 11 on the google pixel 4a and 5 (maybe other phones) has Live Transcribe, a brand new feature which is auto live captioning for all media playing on your device real time. It's like auto captions for youtube, but works on any audio on your device and transcribes it. Web videos, instagram videos, even phone calls will instantly live transcribe to captions/subtitles on the screen at the system level (works with any app you're using). Mrwhostheboss mention's it in his pixel 4a review, check it out, its supposed to recognize words even better than youtube auto caption

And one way is better than no way :) and like I'm reading in the comment section and see the automatic captions, Arun has a good voice, so voice recognition works really well if he speaks. This is how you can access RUclips and RUclips music on new huawei devices:-
1. Go to Petal Search
2. Search for 'vanced microG'
3. Install the apk file.
4. Open the file and install all three apps inside it( microG, Vanced and music)
Now you can access adv free RUclips and RUclips music. This works well in other android devices as well

The Eyes-on display is super smart, it would help save battery life and if it works well then it's a great feature. I only wonder how well it does for angle detection. I could see Apple or Samsung adding this to their OS.
