Luke did look a bit jealous and also anxious when Percy got claimed since he knew he'd be sent to retrieve the bolt asap even if he was planning to set him up anyways. I can see Luke going to the dark side after losing Thalia. It could be an Ares, Luke and Hades alliance. I don't know about Clarisse, she might be a red herring. If she meets her dad and realizes that he's irritated by his kids maybe she'll turn on him, it would be on brand for an Ares kid.
