It’s so versatile and perfect for a workbag The dix was love at first time aswell for me, reminds me of some baguette/ saddle style vintage bags like Dior … but ofc more affordable. I’m still undecided about the colour I love the black, the cognac and the camel 🤣 but I’m more inclined to the cognac aswell 🥰
An update since my video last year : the Cyme bag has been very well used (mainly for work) but I’ve since sold the Dix because it’s way too small to hold much. The shape and tight opening of the bag doesn’t really help too.. 😢 it’s really unfortunate cos I truly loved it at first sight.
You bought both the bags I have been eyeing! I think I will get the Cyme in camel for my birthday. So sorry you're experiencing the color problem on the dix, please update us on how Polene's customer service is.

I would've never imagined that Cyme fits a 13 inch laptop because of the small base, but it looks awesome!! I might be purchasing one as work bag then. I don't like large totes because I don't carry a lot on a daily basis (except work, since I also need to fit my laptop), and if I buy a bag I don't want it be limited to a work bag.
I got the one in black smooth leather and I also had issues with peeling as well after 2 uses. I sent it back for repairs and got it back exactly the same so I sent it back again. But the same thing happened after another day of use........ I gave up after that..... Costumer service was great but didn't solve the problem.I'm very disappointed in the quality for the price, but still love the look

Hi, do u find it difficult to move hole on the strap? I had Un Nano and sold it immediately because it was so hard to move hole, once I could get the golden button out of the crazy tight hole, the used one was so torn and used looking. Plus the strap squeaked against the D ring. Sold it right away 😅 Eyeing this bag, but would like to know. The peeling makes me hesitant too…My first choice is actually Umi LOL. Thank u!
Hi there, the textured leather on Cyme is very resistant - doesnt peel at all so far. I still love the smooth leather on Dix (mainly the exact brown colour which only the smooth calf skin is able to produce) despite the peeling.
@@Bymwdee i see that the Cyme line also has the cognac brown color but in textured leather. Have you ever seen it? Do you think the brown shade on textured Cyme is different from the shade on smooth Dix?

Hi there! I think it depends on how much stuff you’re carrying on a daily basis ☺️ for the amount of which I showed in this video, I find the straps pretty secured. I’ve another tote bag with similar thickness of strap and have been carrying it for more than a year without any issue.
Hi there the bag itself isn’t heavy in my opinion ☺️ but as the straps are on the thinner side, it may a little more tiring on the shoulders if you have more things in the bag

Exactly!!! I also find most work tote bags are too big (it’s always 3/4 empty for me) 🥲 cyme is so versatile in the structure too, a plus point!
