The Neuf bag looks like a cute dumpling and in my opinion prettier than the hermes lindy which tries to look like a dumpling too

Thank you for the awesome reviews!! I wish they did the Mini with all tan leather! I am having the hardest time deciding between the bicolored camel mini and the camel nano! Does the chain slip from your shoulders when you wear it? or does it stay pretty put? Thank you!!!
Hi!! It stays pretty put! I still do prefer the leather strap though personally! And i would go for an all camel unless you already have something similar then I would go for a colorful one :) x

So I tried to order the number nine in Chalk and it’s sold out. You have got me thinking about camel now. I have the numero 7 mini in camel and the six in black and get complements all the time.

The numero neuf is my current favorite!! So chic with any outfit and the perfect size to carry things around. I’ve had most of my bags for over 2 years now (except the new ones i received) and they’ve held up BEAUTIFULLY! The leather and hardware are barely worn even if I use them on the daily!! 💛
@@KatieCung wow! I am debating between the cognac and camel colors for numéro Neuf. Any advice from you would be very very helpful ( eg versatility, mix n match with color outfits etc). Xoxo
@@soohuisailer6928 I would go for the Camel instead of cognac, as it's more neutral and will match with more colors. Since the cognac has a bit more of a red tint, it's less versatile in my opinion, but if you're looking for more of a pop of color, it would be nice!! x

You can actually adjust the chain strap on the un mini with the holes.

Love your outfits and the close-ups of the bags! Did you have to pay any duties with your Polene order(s)? Fellow Canadian here worried about any potential fees on top of the USD :(
Since they were gifted to me I didn't have to pay any duties but there are duties to be paid as Canadians! I heard it's around 20-30$ I think depending on the value of the bag!
Did your polene number nine soften after a while? I noticed mine soften a bit. I'm not sure if the weather at home causes it :(
I think mine softened a bit but not to the point where i notice or it's bothering me! It might be the kind of leather too since it's already a soft leather!

After reading reviews of peoples experience with Polone Customer Service- they do not respond-
And the quality of the Bags- I have decided not to buy anything from this brand until they fix their problems
There are too many Negative Reviews to ignore
