I love smooth leather bags but the scratches does get to me 🥺I've the Mansu bucket bag and an APC half-moon bag! Definitely keeping my eyes peeled on the Musubi bag. It looks lovely!
Totally understandable as I used to hate that the bucket bag scratched so easily but after a bit I think I just got used to the look and started to like it haha. I feel like if you like the minimal design of APC/Mansur Gavriel, the Musubi would be great! Thanks for watching x

My faves here are the Cafune wallet (definitely considering getting this prelved if I find one), Acne musubi, and Mulberry… the Mulberry is too pretty to look at but that size is just hard to use daily 😅 I think the smooth leather of APC just scratches too easily so as beautiful as it is I will never get it for myself.

My favourite bag is Celine bag and the Acne bag. The Mulberry one is really nice for work but if its too heavy it wouldn’t be convenient. On my wishlist, I would like the ysl loulou toy bag in beige. I think that bag is absolutely beautiful and can be worn up and down. Love❤️ Mirna

What exact color/variant is your chloe small tess bag . I just adore the look
I went to APC to check out their bags after seeing your video. So tempted to get one but I just couldn’t get pass on the fact that the smooth material is very easily scratched 😢 The display piece was full with it, the SA even said that the bag with smooth leather won’t survive heavy usage.. I instantly put them back, they’re really pretty though 😢

Hi, that Celine belt bag is gorgeous. How do you protect your light colored bags from color transfer? Do you wear jeans with your light colored bags? I dont own any very expensive bags in light colors except I just purchased the Coach Pillow Tabby 26 in cream and now I think I'm going to be afraid to use it.

acne studios musubi bag and celine belt bag are two I am considering! Celine would definitely be pre-loved route for me. Cannot justify that one full price!
Both great options :) I did manage to find the celine discounted online, and actually the price was on par with pre-loved which is why I didn't go that route. But pre-loved would be a great option as the grained leather doesn't wear easily and I would imagine it to look as good as new :) Thanks for watching xx
Hi ! Have you had any scratches on your Celine belt bag? I have that bag in nano grey since 3 months ago, got it new from Celine and I have a line above the brand at the bottom. I'm scared to use anything on it. Just wondering if by any chance you 've had scratch issues with your Celine belt bag

Thank you so much :) Took a look at the numero dix, it reminds me a bit of the darryl bag. I think Polene probably did a better job with the design than the Chloe as it seems a bit more practical and less 'flat' and without the zipper issue too. It looks great, but maybe not my style :)
Bought the Chloe Tess and Acne Musubi beacuse of you! I don't fancy the APC Geneve so might end up with the Grace bag instead :)

TBH your collections are the most classic ever that i have ever seen. And also sometimes the designer bags are uncomfortable to wear.
The only bag on my wishlist is the BV Cassette, it’s a classic bag that I really love.
Just wanted to say hello from Colchester in England. See your name a lot on the you tube channels that I also follow, even John Campbell on covid. Think we have similar tastes and with you on the BV bag, love them but they seem to be going ever up in price.

Hi, thanks for the review. Can things move from one side of the compartment to the other in the mini Musubi bag? I notice it happens if the middle zip compartment is “hanging” and not sewn to the bottom of the bag. Also what is the shoulder strap drop on the shortest setting?
Hi :) The compartment in the middle is sewn into the bottom of the bag so actually nothing can go from one side to the other. The strap drop is 48cm or 19 inches on the shortest :) x
how often you wear the YSL?
I found the Chloe Tess bag in Black Raisin on the second hand market that I'm very interested in purchasing, as I really love the style and the deep eggplant colour but it has a surface scratch on the front flap. Have you tried using leather conditioner to buff out the scratches you showed on your bag? Thanks so much for letting me know, if possible! :)
Hello :) my bag definitely has some scratches I think they can be buffed to be less visible but not sure if it’s possible for it to go away 100% I think with the smooth leather it is unavoidable at the places where your hand goes to open the flap which is where most of my scratches are 🥰
Re: the COS bag, I find bags this shape, taller than they are wide, really difficult to use. I’m always having to really dig around in it to find things at the bottom, and the narrow opening makes it worse. I think the perfect aspect ratio for a bag is about 1:1.5, height:width.
I think that's definitely true! The thing about the COS is that it is mini, so it only fits a few things and therefore not too bad. But for a bigger bag, it would definitely be quite frustrating trying to dig things out haha.

To me ist also sounded like potato 😂 It’s a Bottega Veneta bag, the model is called Loop.
I looked into the Musubi bag after watching your video, but you’re right, what they have available is not the same warm brown like yours which is what I really want.😔
Hopefully they bring back a warmer shade, otherwise it might also pop up pre-loved somewhere :)
Have the Polene no. 9 and I think it is more heavy than the musabi bag. Had the musabi here but I gave it away beacaus it was damaged after one day and I was so angry about it. The polene No. 9 is very durable. Love the look of the musabi bag very much but instead I bought the Puzzle bag what is also durable.

If I could only buy one bag, would you recommend the Acne Studios Musubi Mini bag or Celine Nano Belt bag assuming price isn’t an issue? Just want a functional bag that is not too heavy and can be used on Fridays and weekends. Also do you find the Musubi bag strap too wide sometimes that it can be cumbersome to put on?
I think it depends on how you prefer to wear your bag as for the Nano, I wear it more because it is most suited to crossbody. I tend to prefer a crossbody 90% of the time. For the Musubi, it is such a unique bag, but I tend to wear it mostly as a hand held bag and on the shoulder. The wide strap isn't cumbersome, but the design of the strap is not as subtle and versatile as the nano. Both great bags, I think the Musubi is more unique design wise but the Nano is a bit more versatile.
I love Musubi bag. But I can’t find it in Almond Brown anywhere. I think they don’t make it in this color anymore((
I think they have a new brown shade, which is a slightly cooler brown which is lovely. Otherwise, it might also pop up pre-loved on Vestiare etc :) Thanks for watching x
did they change the mulberry bag? I'm on the website and I don't see that it comes with a longer strap.

I recently bought a Chloe Tess in moc croc, and one of the main reasons I went croc and not smooth is to avoid scratching. You just cannot avoid them on smooth leather.

We don't pay tax on delivery/arrival in Aus, so it's just what's at checkout for us x

I think it can definitely be unisex because it’s so minimal of a design :) if you love it, go for it

They are sandals from Jonak Paris, called the Victorine. They are quite old and I think the nude might be sold out but Jonak do a lot of similar options :) x
