I want to spend about 6-7million pesos cash....5 minute walk to the beach...min. 2 bedroom should be there in May....I’ve set up a bank account and bought a truck already.....now I need a condo.... or small house w/room for a pool...... I’ll look you up the week before I arrive.....

The association's fees are very high in the DR. In contrast to Colombia is just unreasonable for the terrible service from those fees. I wonder how much they are in this project. I guess it must be around the mid 300's dollars a month? It adds up. Specially when you see how laid back and unmotivated the service people are in the DR.
