Question for Steve. Do we know why the Peninsula House closed in an area that is moving in such a positive direction? It would be helpful to understand this because they were just listed as one of the best in the world last year.
Great video, very informative! Steve I couldn't agree with you more....I will only purchase a older property because I love the classic Dominican style (lots of mahogany) and I personally don't want to be part of destroying nature for a new build:)
Hey Kelly! I ended up making contact with Steve because of your RUclips videos and have recently purchased a pre build unit at The Reef! It won’t be completed until 2024, but I will be making my way down there later this year for a visit.
