All of that talk about the real 80s metal influence is absolutely spot on. Fun fact, Jeff the lead guitar draws significant amounts of his influence from some of the big 80s metal bands. In the parkway drive documentary they kinds talk about how he was like the outcast metal dude in the scene at the time.
Karma is a great track, one of their fastest ones. Always a great pit at shows during this one. The late 2000's was a fantastic time for metalcore.
Yeah, it's funny how parts like the breakdowns and tempo changes almost evoke a feeling of what the pit would be like at that point in the song. I keep picturing it as I'm listening.

A major problem that I have right now is that it takes roughly an hour, hour and a half to do each song from beginning to end and I'm actually pretty short on spare time as it is. I've got to be careful to spread around the reactions rather than just flooding the channel with Parkway or ABR etc. I also feel bad that I've been sticking to some of the bigger names at the expense of some more niche bands. I'm trying to get to everything and I absolutely WILL get to those ones eventually. It just may take a minute. Hit subscribe so you don't miss it when it happens. 👍

This is one of my personal favourites by PWD, I remember they toured in the UK in the mid 00s and barely sold any tickets at my local venue maybe like 25 people turned up - fast forward to now, they are huge haha.
