While Wild Magic Surge is completely DM-dependent, Bending Luck is player friendly. Nevertheless, it never disappoints.
Totally agree. The luck is usually neutral or good so spamming it with Tides of Chaos (with a DM on board) makes it pretty fun while unpredictable
Honestly due to the randomness of this subclass you can say any ranking and I'd probably agree with you as I've said your fun is based entirely on luck and how you handle that luck so I'm fine with whatever ranking this gets
