Is there anywhere to eat in Blackpool where you can sit inside with the dogs? Sometimes the weather isn't great there.

You can sit inside Cafe Chicco. The Little Black Pug Bar near the North Pier also welcomes dogs. I saw a sign outside the Counting House across from the North Pier inviting dogs in and promising treats last time I visited but I've not taken Lois and Coco inside yet.
