Junk food addiction. I used to snack all day but still managed to lose 15lbs. I I lost another 30 just going on Adderall. Now the hungry hungry hippos are back and I regained all of the weight and then some. I am too ashamed to ask my doctor to increase my dose because I feel like my eating habits are my fault.
Hey, interesting to hear some of the challenges / addictions you have faced. I think the internet was not built with an ADHD brain in mind 🤣🤦. Funny about you mentioning keeping busy and boredom is the start of the problems, that is very very true. Being at work I am an absolute machine now that I am medicated and focused. But being at home with distractions and not having a set routine everyday can be very hit and miss with bad habits / addictions So keeping your self busy and active is solid advice. Keep up the posts mate! I appreciate the honesty and time you put into the vids. 👍
I take Ritalin everyday it doesn’t affect alcohol consumption at all for me same with concerta. It does help with hangovers though taking it the next day!

Hi Matt! I don’t know too much about it, no. I do know that it’s supposed to intensify the effects of alcohol - which I can vouch for!
