FSD is in Canada. I live in Hamilton. Tried it this afternoon and it’s pretty amazing.
Two days into the trial on a Model Y with HW 4. It is EXTREMELY impressive.

If Tesla doesn't go up on Monday I'll be shocked. Drove with FSD and it's way better than I ever thought it would be at this time. I now think FSD Level 3 is possible
Yeah, but the market went down.
As far as I know, all laws say that the driver, operator or owner is responsible for the vehicle, regardless of what the vehicle is. When you get behind the controls, you take responsibility. Where the idea that the company that built the vehicle would be responsible, except for manufacturing or design defects, is beyond me. (Because how it is used is out of the control of the company).
I don't really know how much better this could get. So far, it is perfect ❤

Just got FSD and I have 3.5 and it absolutely amazing 🤩. I have 2022 LR MY. No intervention, I’m first time user Williamsburg Virgina.
tried the trial today... took me and my brother in law to get sushi and back, no problems :) ...stopping slightly early on stop signs but it creeps well and then it got a little close to curb once on unprotected left and then slightly close to car in lane to our left when giving space to a biker on our right. Overall, crazy impressive.
It appears to split the space.
Just got fsd trial today in Canada. Drove 1/2 hour to Easter lunch and back home with zero interventions. Totally awesome. Going to wait for wallstreet to drop tesla stock after deliveries and then load up on a lot more. Easy to see now that fsd and then robotaxi are inevitable.

Speaking of Uber, I think their CEO will come up with a plan to join Tesla early on before tesla FSD launches their next version! This CEO s smart enough to make his move now before his company gets smashed.

Tested FSD - home to/fro Costco without intervention. FSD still needs a bit more refinements when arriving at the destination. Also, FSD stops a bit too early at a Stop sign. Great work tesla team!

A first time driver is usually upset with FSD performance because it is so weird to see the car drive itself. Apparently that was solved with FSD 12.3.

It was great to try it this morning, not crazy about it stopping on yellows…hard stopping unnecessarily when those behind me would not expect it.
That's a problem with FSD. It can't protect you from tailgaters, which is every accident I've ever been in.

I also tried the trial FSD in Bayside, Queens, NY and it’s pretty impressive. Two way streets that are super narrow sometimes only enough room for one car in each direction or 2 ft separation.
Two foot separation seems like a lot in those circumstances.
3:17 Re referring to FSD as supervised, Tesla still refers to FSD as beta per the car's display. To enable FSD, the car requires you to acknowlege consent to use "FSD Beta".
Yes, it takes time to make all the changes when you move so fast. If you waited for everything to be correct, you would wait forever.

I got my 12.3.3 today, and I live near you Matt! It took me to my first destination 15 minutes from my house without intervention. My daughter thought that was pretty impressive. Suprising how much it sped on 50 km streets though. 75 km. Woe.
You can tone it down.
No legacy Tesla owner got FSD V12. Does anyone know why?
I think it only works on 2018 models and later.
Every 2018-2020 Tesla model S and X haven’t gotten FSD v12.

Everything Xiaomi makes is rubbish, so no surprize that happened.. This SU7 will probably never sold outside of China because it will miss the safety requirements applicable in Europe and the US.
Good to see FSD gets so good and all these raving reviews... Cannot wait for it to be introduced in The Netherlands... I have a Model Y and included FSD in my purchase (€6400 in 2021) and still is at about the same level of 2021, only works good on the main roads and highways.
Few if any of the Chinese cars are made to pass safety laws outside China. Tesla excluded.
Hello from Winnipeg, just got free trial of FSD (Supervised) today. Wow I tried it on a quiet residential area, amazing. Will try on major route little later. Does everyone in Canada have this now?
It’s impressive on 12.3.3 but it definitely needs more training. I’m reporting every disengagement in hopes it helps.

I live in Waterloo just west of Toronto Ontario, i just received my Tesla 12.3.3 software update…. I purchased Tesla’s full self driving software back in 2018 when I purchased my Tesla model 3 performance . I’m heading out now to test it.

The FSD TAM would not be $91B in a single year because that assumes that every owner pays the $12k all at once instead of getting the subscription. Also, that intersection at 11:30 desperately needs a traffic light.
I thought they only put up traffic lights when someone was killed at the intersection.
You got some seriously dangerous road design in the US. I haven't seen anything like chucks turn in the UK and that big double laned intersection in this video wouldn't occur either. There would be traffic lights or a roundabout.

FSD speeds have gotten really slow, especially in bad weather. That will get better in the future. Tesla is just being safe

¨Ït will only get better¨. Not true. I fsd 11 on a tesla model 3 and I upgraded to a model y with hdwe 4. Fsd 11 became substantially worse. Stopping in the middle of expressway traffic, wandering into construction areas. On hdwe 3 it never did these things but hdwe 4 was a downgrade. Aftr the 90 day trial I opted out. Hdwe 4 was a menace

21:00 I want a car that CAN do that, that allows ME to slide it around. This is a case of a driver getting way over their head, amplified oscillations resulting from being *behind the direction of rotation* while failing to moderate the accelerator precisely.
Then buy a 1989 Ford Festiva. They do that too! Only 18hp in a front wheel drive.
@@davidbeppler3032 Happy with my 'old' 2011 BMW M3 which I wouldn't own if I couldn't turn *off* the electronic overlords, completely kills the joy of driving.
Granted I wouldn't recommend such a car to 99% of folks and EVs are mostly appliances, very good ones. (cars in general are appliances) Still if/when I get a Tesla I want to be able to turn that crap off, default ON is fine. I'd never own a front drive car unless it was basically free.
The car in vid is driven by a fool, not the car's fault...UNLESS it has stability control active in that instance, such systems are for common ham-fisted drivers, adverse conditions, women, lol. Still the drivers fault mostly but a car fail too if Nannies supposed to be active.

Silly. technology has been around for 3million years.. and there’s more coming.. we are not talking about GPU here..
Hardware 3 works better with V12 than Hardware 3 with V11. Like 100 times faster. I believe that HW3 and the 300,000 lines of human written code doesn't work well. Now that those 300K of codes are gone V12 is now more capable more faster more like in it's element
6,000,000 is this the global numbers. FSD is currently only avaiable in North America. So the adoption rate will not that big as you said. Until FSD goes global. Maybe should compare only numbers in the North America for now.
Not if you want the complete picture, it is being rolled out in different countries as fast as possible, not as fast as humanly possible, just as fast as possible.

FSD 12 went from a score of 6/10 to 9.9 IMO. It's just way too much of an improvement. Who cares about going slow(speed limit)? If you are not engaged on the drive, let's say watching video or working on your computer

I tried the trial. I have disengaged on 50% of the trips in my neck of the woods (seriously the woods).. It is not handling the non-90-degree intersections well, making wrong turns. Not safety related, just not doing the right thing. One time, getting in correct lane too late. I also find the acceleration and braking too jerky / aggressive despite chill mode. My wife and kids would not be able to stomach the aggressive braking and acceleration.
A month of everyone using FSD for free is really going to spin the data flywheel. Better than human capability sooner rather than later is only to be expected.

2:21 ‘Addressable Market’. Sorry, just because you can manage to buy a Tesla doesn’t mean you can (will) fork out $12K for FSD. Cut the price in half, make it transferable and maybe you’ll see a surge in FSD buyers. So maybe a $34 billion addressable market😂. Maybe….

Troy another form of bad media his take rate subscriptions are delivery and production numbers recordings.. i won’t give a five star for anyone estimates because it estimates from non-affiliates lagging source and ambiguity of information. Thus, it is not the True value of Tesla. I bet his waiting for subscriptions bags and other bags to enter, although he mention he don’t own 1 question more ambiguity ahead..
