Just a little something incase you don't know who Dave is, let's be honest he barely know himself so it's good to give context.
Dave Thornton has built a global reputation for his honest, engaging, whip-smart and damn funny comedy. His TV credentials include series host for Channel 9’s 20 to 1, appearances on ABC TV’s 'Spicks and Specks' and 'Agony Uncles', and Network Ten’s 'Hughesy We Have a Problem'. Oh and he’s also a regular co-host for 'The Project' (ch10).
Most recently, Dave was an episode panellist for Network Ten’s brand new iteration of British comedy game show 'Would I Lie to You?' and was a contestant in two episodes of Season 2 of 'Celebrity Letters and Numbers' (SBS). He’s even tried his hand at acting, appearing in Channel Nine’s 'House Husbands', and ABC TV’s 'Upper Middle Bogan' and Network Ten’s 'Five Bedrooms'. Basically if there’s catering, he’ll will be there.
Dave spent four years co-hosting Fox FM’s breakfast radio show which he decided to wrap up in 2017. In 2018, Dave hosted of the AFL quiz show The Beep Test on Fox Footy for both seasons of its existence, and since then has been a regular guest panellist all through this year for Fox Sports’ 'The Back Page'.
Dave performed to sell-out crowds throughout comedy festivals in Australia securing a reputation as one of our country’s funniest.

Well done Dave..a good laugh and some good 80s memories..getting a brainfreeze from a sunnyboy and hot days and giant metal playground slides and some 6ft diameter giant concrete drain pipes laying randomly around and our swings were a thick slap of wood and some chains..ahh the good old days..
