A setup is somewhat complex to explain, but I will summarize it, you need start from Delta Halo, for some reason when you go from Delta to Regret the birds are not random. I made a video to the setup at start doing the big regret hologram I recommend you watch it, then you just have to advance in the mission taking care that the enemies don't shoot and get to the cinematic, do the pinch and repeat the process.
I think a new regret was generated when the game tried to teleport me on the chair and the other one was probably generated when I got on the chair i am not sure, but it has to do with the fact that the game could not teleport me and another prophet was created .
