It's a broad term for Russians special purpose forces - Not all Spetnzas are up to par with GRU's. Spetznas also train, and perform pointless, and useless drills.. Like jumping through rings of fire, martial arts, etc that they will never use in combat. There's roughly 7,000 SEAL's alive, and only a few dozen have written books, consulted with movie directors, etc. Do not paint the entire NSW command with one paint brush.
