    Trust Dr Mindy.. she’s telling the truth.. I was where you are. It is mind blowing how the hunger literally just doesn’t exist in me anymore. I was a massive over eater and I can’t actually believe how much I used to eat. We do not need to eat constantly. It’s liberating to not have to be tied to food anymore. Joint pain is gone, my sleep & mental clarity has improved. Intermittent Fasting is like a miracle

    I started I.F. at 60 with too many health problems to list here, but with diabetes and fatty liver at the top of the list. Fast forward 14 months down 50 lbs and a 88% reduction in b.p. meds , 75% reduction in metformin and may possibly stop both in the future. This will be how I eat for the rest of my life.
