Luckily, my dad didn't drive those vehicles too much. He would have been happy with a Cadillac or Lincoln Continental or 7 series BMW. Thank you Kevin.
Another big step to the channel! Congrats! Not being a brand whore but I would prefer to be driven on a ls500 executive pack than in this, I just think that interior is unique and unmatchable
I like how you reviewed this car form a normal being and not like some pretentious white folk. I like how you said that you would not go in the hood in it and that this is where thots take pictures of the emblem, that shit was so funny. Amazing review man, it is also my favorite car and would buy it over any supercar all day, but a Lexus LS will do just fine for me.
Humbled my friend thank you very much for the kind words, just glad you appreciated the pragmatic approach! And yes the LS 460 is incredible it truly is all the luxury one needs
If I ever won the 70 mill on the lotto max, I'd be tempted to get a new Ghost [AWD and a bit smaller than the Phantom but all the ride from what I hear].. However I'd be worried of having the car keyed by some financial incel [can't make that right], having it taken/carjacked which seems to be a thing in Toronto [can afford it but hate being a victim]. Also those things seem to be fine for highway miles and the burbs but anywhere with tight parking forget about it, even if the new ones park themselves it would be horror show trying to find a spot to fit it in and to navigate right streets and underground parking. Other than that, if money is no object, and most out there say it's quieter and smoother than anything else, even if it's marginal [61Db vs 64] for a Rolls vs a Maybach for an Audi car horn. I mean I'd never pay real money for such a difference but if I had FU money... Also seems an ES 350 is the way to go, I recall I think you saying it has everything the LS500 has except performance and length which I don't care about. It goes under the radar, and it's modest size. Perhaps a blacked out Bentley Continental. I am partial to coupes.
@@MeynMotorGroup Actually I prefer the understated elegance of the Toyota Century which is pretty close to RR standards in ride and noise, but sadly only available in right hand drive and 15 years old here. That or the Ned Flanders level sexy of the Ferrari Roma. The RRs are imposing but they have this brutalist design to them that is imposing but again, no elegant or nice looking. I saw a picture of either a Ghost or a Phantom done up in Purple, so RR is pimp friendly. Not gonna lie, a bit flash for my tastes, but it quite works in 70's purple caddy colour.
The only glaring issue I see with this video is the failure to mention the Phantom, the older brother of this car which is undoubtedly built to an even higher standard and stands on bespoke RR architecture.
Nice review, the car is amazing but I disagree with you on one key factor. You can drive the car in the hood, don't let the car be responsible for your personal fears. You're safer in the Ghost than you are a SRT Jeep Grand Cherokee. The hood understand you can't steal a RR Ghost and not stick out, stealing that car is like begging to get caught and requesting a room mate with free room and board in a 5x7 studio for 3 to 5yrs. For that purpose alone they wouldn't try to take you out the car, but all eyes will be on you where ever you go. If you don't like being the center of attention or the primary focus then don't get a RR.
Oh man I'm sorry if you came to this channel expecting to see Lexus commercials this is def not the place your soul will be crushed. Def subscribe to the Lexus official channel if you want Lexus commercials
@@MeynMotorGroup crazy value now that the MayBach is just a tarted up S-Class therefore severely decreasing running costs. The V12 and V8 are both pretty reliable and there's an extensive service network compared to Rolls. Yea I personally wouldn't bother with Maybach regular S550 or S560 is amazing but for those that want the name, they can have it for not as much as they think and yes running cost is less than Rolls
Its an ego machine - so you can look down on everyone else - what a fine human characteristic - for the money I expected it to be near dead silent but its not, for the money I expected it to be - my uncles '74 Olds 98 Regency and my friends dads '74 Buick Electra 225 Limited were quieter and rode smoother - seriously
I love this car but I would be scared to death if the check engine light or anything because the car was. $400,000.00 new but I know it’s a bargain because the car has 52,000 miles sign me up
Terrified of what? Its not too much worse to own and maintain than a 7series of this vintage. Which is still not cheap but not impossible to afford either. Just dont take it to the dealer.
I'll get one soon as I can afford a driver and a van with the required tools and spare parts following me wherever I go, including instant refills. Being seen at a common service station or within sight of a tow truck, I mean, really.
Once again, you wipe the floor with so called "journalists: who don't have the guts to say it as it is with sacred cows such as this. I must admit, that interior doesn't look very impressive in the pictures. I see rough, grainy leather, featureless seats, poor fit in a couple of places and some very obvious mass market parts. I can see why you weren't impressed.
Yea this was kind of a let down granted most journalists get to drive these cars brand new but even still this is nothing special especially for 300-400k new

Another big step to the channel! Congrats! Not being a brand whore but I would prefer to be driven on a ls500 executive pack than in this, I just think that interior is unique and unmatchable
Appreciate that boss yea big milestone for the channel and yes I like the Lexus interior the most too lol
The newer ghosts have a suspension that has a suspension. Rolls Royce calls it the planar suspension.
Facts facts rolls is definitely pimp for sure
Let’s check it out!!!
The only glaring issue I see with this video is the failure to mention the Phantom, the older brother of this car which is undoubtedly built to an even higher standard and stands on bespoke RR architecture.
Never drove the Phantom cant speak on it Im more curious to try out new versions of the Ghost or Phantom
Shawwweeeeeeet
I’d take a Bentley instead any day of the week
The interior seems underwhelming because of the spec. If it was bi-color it would look much better.
Damn thats a bad muthaphukka
It def is that lol 😆
Will you drive a phantom? The ghost is a peasent car by comparison.
Lolol i will see what I can do my friend
@@MeynMotorGroup also the mulsanne is crazy, I've seen them go for 135k on the used market.
Yes mulsanne is nice def one of the cars I want to check out
I wanna hear the facts! Thanks exhaust sport auto! 3:40
Of course my friend!
Thats a sexy car. I'd sell my right arm to have one 😂
Lolol nah keep that arm brodi and get an S class lol
@@MeynMotorGroup Can't go wrong with an S Class but, a cybernetic right arm would be dope 😂
😆 😆 big time terminator lol
WHAAAT better than a Lexus LS ?? you´re sure Kevin ?
Lol 😆
@@MeynMotorGroup sorry Kevin but you say, it´s the best Car of the World ? a Car from England ?
Oh man I'm sorry if you came to this channel expecting to see Lexus commercials this is def not the place your soul will be crushed.
Def subscribe to the Lexus official channel if you want Lexus commercials
@@MeynMotorGroup OK thanks Kevin, i watch Lexus Vid.´s by Kirk Kreifels on youtube.
That would be best
This car was great until the W222 came out in 2014 getting a "comparable" Maybach for well over $150k less after everything is said and done.
Oh you're you can get a newer Maybach version of the W222 for like less than a 100k so cheaper even than this rolls that's crazy
@@MeynMotorGroup crazy value now that the MayBach is just a tarted up S-Class therefore severely decreasing running costs. The V12 and V8 are both pretty reliable and there's an extensive service network compared to Rolls. My local indy mechanic (for exotics) increases labor rates to $135 an hour for top tier luxury cars. The V12 Mercs slot slightly below it at $115.
Yea I personally wouldn't bother with Maybach regular S550 or S560 is amazing but for those that want the name, they can have it for not as much as they think and yes running cost is less than Rolls
You look like a chauffeur of that car not the owner.
Wearing a baseball cap? I'd think he's some software guru thats done well.
$400,000.00 new but I know it’s a bargain because the car has 52,000 miles sign me up
Yup I would be terrified of this thing lol
Terrified of what? Its not too much worse to own and maintain than a 7series of this vintage. Which is still not cheap but not impossible to afford either. Just dont take it to the dealer.
I hope you have one and are enjoying it
So this car worth €100k but the price is €300k. Take it or leave it.
They went down in price significantly but I’m starting to realize they are similar compared to newer models
you can drive this to the hood just might leave in a shootout lmao
I guess if you have to ask you can’t afford to maintain and run this boat!? Or put it this way if you can afford you would just buy a new one...
I'll get one soon as I can afford a driver and a van with the required tools and spare parts following me wherever I go, including instant refills. Being seen at a common service station or within sight of a tow truck, I mean, really.
😆
Once again, you wipe the floor with so called "journalists: who don't have the guts to say it as it is with sacred cows such as this.
I must admit, that interior doesn't look very impressive in the pictures. I see rough, grainy leather, featureless seats, poor fit in a couple of places and some very obvious mass market parts.
I can see why you weren't impressed.
Yea this was kind of a let down granted most journalists get to drive these cars brand new but even still this is nothing special especially for 300-400k new
For $350k does it drive itself? NO...... deal breaker
@@b4804514 it’s not meant for mere mortals to nitpick this is for top level business execs to buy or lease and use as a write off. At a certain level of income, vehicles like this no longer become a want or vanity, but a necessity. People in the market already know this and tbh you should know this as well by now.
Damn, still has that cheapo BMW key wtf.. that's a shame for something you touch every day, at least put leather on it.
Yea I know I was so freaking shocked by that
@ace it comes with 2 keys. The key that he showed you is a valet key.
Same price as ur lexus but a used one tho lmaoo
Yea was 350k crazy
S CLASS is a peasant .. lol my S600 is 100 times better then a over priced rolls/bmw 750
Cap
Rolls ugly, overpriced and overrated.
