Had the same year in the teal color. Bought it brand new. Had the t- tops as well. Sold it for $5,000 in 1997. It was in mint condition, but we started a family and needed something more practical. I miss that car. Looks like you have yourself a nice car. Good video. Nice burnout as well. I’ll use Raiti’s slogan, “On Throttle.”
Haha, love watching him too:) I have a 1990 Corvette, he got a nice 85 with the 4+3, guess he really loves them. Thank you very much as well, hey there is actually a great deal on a 1991 teal RS, 305tbi with a manual 5 speed with 41k orig miles in Coshocton, OH right now! He wants I think $9500 for it, in case you want one again, looks really nice too.
That's a really clean looking car! Definitely suits the blacked out headlight buckets IMHO. The police also talked to me about my 88 red IROC vert but it was to compliment the car while I was at the gas station 😀
I know it's not perfect. But, its absolutely beautiful! Take good care of it. My Grandmother had a IRock Z28. It was all black. I was probably 4 or 5. She got it Brand new. She actually had a beige Monte Carlo before that. But, the IRock got stolen out of her driveway twice. So, she settled for a 91 2 door Buick Regal. It was actually nice. It had the clear taillights. I drove it when I was 15 with my learners in 2000. Lol
Man that's crazy, sold a black Iroc to a good friend of mine and someone stole it from his driveway:/ Your grandma sounds awesome man! I love it, and thanks very much bro, I sure will❤️🤝 Some of the later Regals have the 3.8 Supercharged, always wanted one of those, really like the 80's SS Monte Carlo too, but the nice examples are so expensive now :(
The Camaro looks pretty good considering it's age. Before i started driving Corvettes i had 3 brand new IROC Camaros. I love that body style and the cloth seats are so much better looking than the leather.
I'm glad you mentioned the bushings on the sway bar. I noticed in my 02, especially when it's hot (all the time lately), I noticed a lot of creaking, and apparently that's pretty common in those and maybe just needs some lubrication (fingers crossed). The car has hardly been driven, so who knows... but definitely something I'm going to look at. Driver side window goes down but only goes up intermittently. SO not sure if that's a bad switch... wiring... fuse... motor (hope not) lol... I think it's going in next week for a bit of a lookover.
Sounds just like my 02 Z28 brother, I think I ended up just using WD40 on top part of rear shocks, and same on front strut bearing and squeeking went away, front sway bar end links turned to dust when I first raised this car up xD So decided just to redo them all in Energy poly bushings. The 4th gens are so much better in so many ways though lol, but the 3rd gens are pretty sentimental to me:)
Thanks much❤️ it's not quite as nice in person but super happy with it. You know, my first Camaro was an 82 Z28, I so loved that car, dad gave me a good deal on it, had the Crossfire 305 but it ran good🤙
You're a good man for trying to make her happy though, regardless of whether it lasted or not, been there myself:) The 91 and 92 Z28 is one good looking car, I did have a blue 91 Z28 once but it had 230k miles.
😎 Hell yeah, friends don't let friends drive SUV's and mini vans, it's been driven every day for 2 months now:) Won't drive it in snow/salt though. Have a newer Camaro coming soon too, will be my last build, pouring all I've learned the last 20 years into it, revealing on channel soon🤙

@@GamerPastHisPrime Thanks much my friend! Glad it's mostly done, making me feel old lately lol
A heater core job for a car like this is a pretty big job, I hear. Your car is wonderful.
Thanks so much, yeah the cuts on my right wrist are almost completely healed finally haha

To own an Iroc brand new, that is awesome:) Thanks very much too, same here with the styling, we really love Corvettes too, have a 1990 in garage!🤝

@@Feral80sKid Thanks. Mine was black with the oversized spoiler. Tuned port fuel injection. I loved it.
No prob man, NICE, I love that spoiler, GM was bold to do that lol.
