The clue is in the title - it says "LIVE" ... and this is the official video, so it was recorded at a live show with the live audio. If it doesn't include the word "LIVE" in the title of one of their videos it may be filmed at a live show, but the studio audio will have been dubbed over the live footage.
They didn't do a studio video or a lyric video for this song, they are first and foremost a live performance act and yes this is how they do concerts and is part of the reason they have won awards for things like "Best Live Band".
This is an actual regular song, I'm not sure what you were saying or wanting that would be different. The only differences between this performance and the studio recording were:
    The studio recording had Herman Li and Sam Totman playing the guitars - this live performance had the Kami Band with Leda Cygnus and Takayoshi Ohmura on guitars;
The sing-along section was extended for the live show - this was the first time they had played it in one of their arena shows and only the third time they had played it live.
This was the end of the concert - they always end their concerts with the "We are ....BABYMETAL" calls (and they mean everybody there including the audience - we are all team BABYMETAL) and a "See you" as they walk off stage ... but you committed the cardinal sin of cutting it off before the end - that is something you never do with BABYMETAL.
You got a couple of things right - Su-metal is the lead vocalist and she has an incredible voice ... and a stage presence to match.
Yes, the two younger girls (Yuimetal and Moametal) were 15. Su-metal was 17. This was January 2015 and that was a crowd of over 20,000 people completely under their control.
Yes they are only 5 feet tall or just over ... yet their stage presence makes them seem like giants on stage if you see them live.
"Metal but adorable" - that was the genre they pioneered - Kawaii Metal (kawaii meaning cute or adorable).

This must be a re upload. I vividly remember laughing at you being confused about it being live when it literally says LIVE in the title of the video:D

As a general rule for the videos on their channel, if the word "live" is in the tittle, it's an actual live (for both visuals and audio).
That's a wall of death quickly turning into a moshpit and a circlepit.
This is from January 2015. Su-metal (the lead singer) just turned 17 a few weeks before while Yui and Moa were both 15.
I didn't like you stopped the video before it ended. I take it as disrespect. I did the same with yours. Got the idea?

It is one of the mosh pits. In general they jhavebin japan multiple. Thisvis a Japanese Metal Audience. We know what we have in Su. She was one of the essential parts of the whole Group. Today they are slightly older. But they still know how to fill venues. There are teasons why festivals hire them as headliners. Yes, Su is important but you can't underestimate Moa's and Momo's importance especially in harmonizing the audience, so that Su can work her magic.

NEVER stop a video before it is over just because YOU THINK it is over, especially a BABYMETAL video!!! That earned you a thumbs down from me. 🤬🤬🤬

By not allowing the performance to finish, you show your complete lack of respect for the artist and the fans. I think you should go back to westling because it's obvious you do not have the capacity to appreicate art.

    Welcome back to the Foxhole🦊🤘🔥
Nice to see you're back with this suggestion to follow your BM journey, just like here it was the ender for almost every show at the World Tour 2023/2024 and everyone loved to have fun with this one such recently at the Europe Tour and prior to that at Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas, they did a fun interview about it and you can see they were excited with Slipknot returns, another band BM producer loves) they were very supportive during early era or Metal Resistance chapter, also they played at San Francisco as part of the Babyklok Tour along with Dethklok and DragonForce were there playing too, another supportive band since BM beginning career and also involved in the album version of this song as well some live collabs together around those years.
"Road Of Resistance" is a power/speed metal song, it's one of their most epic anthems and the album version got the guitar arrangements made by Sam Totman and Herman Li from DragonForce. It's all about facing your own path without looking back.
This was part of the Trilogy Of 2015, live at New Year Fox Festival - Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, by this time their fame was already high due to viral success on YT of Gimme Chocolate! MV, people from all over the world attended this live concert in Japan, and 20K souls witnessed this epic moment.
With only 15 and 17 years old this moment will be forever remember when they're performing this song to reminds them all the support they got from their fans no matter where they go, either a small or big stages.
The Kami Band here are real and magnificent set of elite musicians, they were sent to help the girls with the metal sound, they rotate so probably you won't see some of them in all live concerts (especially the guitarists).
    They are:
    - Leda Cygnus, god of guitar, he's the only Kami Band member who's credited as a session musician when recording some albums.
    - Takayoshi Ohmura, god of guitar, he's Míkio' Fujioka's pupil (another beloved Kami Band guitarist who sadly passed away) and a prodigy child, you'll see his recognizable pink guitar.
    - BOH, god of bass, he's the bald one and not only got amazing talent but his fun way to enjoy reminds me Flea from RHCP.
    - Hideki Aoyama, god of drums, comes from a family of expert drummers, and his father was very famous in Japanese music scene.
At the end of their shows they always said "We are BabyMetal!" with the crowd, to make them sure that they're part of this show and project too, is a line borrowed from X-Japan saying it at live concerts too.
    Next suggestion:
    - Headbanger!! live at Legend 1997 (2013)
    See you next time 🦊🤘🔥

Don't let the cute fool you. It is a hard core rock concert. They put on the best shows. The middle girl is the main singer, Su-Metal. BabyMetal was formed around her when she was 12 years old cuz her powerful vocals can cut thru the Metal music like candy. It was a song just a long introduction and the extra long whoa whoa part.

FYI RoR (studio version with Herman & Sam) was officially released only on Feb 1 2015, which was 3 weeks after this live version (with Ohmura & Leda) took place at Saitama Super Arena on Jan 10 2015.
Prior, both Japanese guitarists also performed RoR's live debut at London's O2 Academy Brixton on Nov 8 2014. Lots of fancams of the latter, where the song was provisionally titled 'The One', & which served as a bonus finale to mark the end of BM's 2014 World Tour. Notably, the song arrangement was already similar at the live launch, & would change little ever since. It's simply a well crafted & meticulously outlined tune, regardless of which musicians were playing it live.
Instead, what's extraordinary about this Legend 2015 gig is two things. The first is Team Babymetal's newfound showmanship after half a year's experience performing overseas (Sonisphere UK, HeavyMTL, Lady Gaga tour). They had held their own despite playing to skeptical metal audiences, at foreign venues between 2x to 5x bigger than the 10,000 they were previously drawing domestically at end-2013 (Legend 1997 gig at Makuhari Messe) & early-2014 (Red Night/Black Night Apocalypse at Budokan).
The second is the amazing crowd participation on that night. The 20,000 at Saitama somehow learned how to respond along to RoR after watching the aforementioned fancams & briefly hearing the full track when it became available as a limited downloadable bonus a few days before the show.
In fact, the 2015-2016 concerts in Japan with the classic lineup (BM, Kamis, crowd) were arguably their most maniacal ever. Besides Saitama in Jan 2015, look up their full sets at MetRock 2015 in May 2015 (available on Dailymotion), Budokan in Jun 2015 (available on Facebook, where it is officially titled 'Kyodai Tenkaichi Metaru Budōkai'), right through to Metal Resistance Red/Black Nights at Tokyo Dome in Sep 2016.

My dear sir....I thinks you need to get out more and take in a live concert. lol
Welcome to the world of Babymetal.
Take your coat off and stay awhile and be prepared to be amazed....especially with their real live, in person concerts.
Trust me and millions of other fans....
    You'll be here for awhile
    Enjoy !!!!
    Oh....one more thing.
    Just an FYI...
if you're going to be reacting to others, its respectful to the band/singer and the fans to finish watching it all until the very end....including the credits, if any.
