I would have to purchase a ford or a chevy EV...and i have great aluminum mach speed tape, for that glass top, sun roofs included (never never ever get a sun roof glass top etc) i been sealing those things since grade school...they should have made that roof solar paneled.
why did you state there are only 3 trim levels when clearly there are 4 trim levels as evidenced in the shot you showed where it clearly states Standard Premium California and GT models. Why gloss over the California option?
I believe Ford should drop the Mustang branding for this EUV and simply stick with Mock-E. The name they should have used is Galaxy-E which makes a better branding form the old Galaxy years past. Just my opinion.
It is a cool car, but the price is up there. It's not really a commuter car at that price. Not really fast enough for a sports car, unless you go top end. Unfortunately, it's still too bulbous to be a Mustang to me.

I would consider either the Hyundai or Kia products but for the reputation, deceitful and extremely unethical behavior and business practices of their respective dealer networks in Canada. Over the past few year - through and beyond the pandemic - both of Kia and Hyundai dealerships were regularly the features on news reports across Canada on literally blackmailing customers with signed purchase agreements to take thousands of dollars of dealer options that were not necessary or required. More concerning is that neither Kia or Hyundai Canada (corporately) seem to take any interest in reining in these practices. That tells you something as well. They may make a decent EV and are putting a lot of effort and resources into EV development and production, but their dealer networks are who customers with cash are dealing with and that lot are a bunch of punks.

Every Ford marketer should be fired for calling this a Mustang. The Mustang brand has been abused before (remember the Mustang II?) but this abuse of one of the legendary brands in car history is offensive.
The Mach E is one of the better looking EV's. It is much nicer looking than the Model Y, but, like the Model Y it is too expensive for what you get, and I am less than confident regarding the build quality of American vehicles. I am someone who was very loyal to American cars for years until I discovered the amazing dependability and build quality of Honda cars/truck. I cannot see myself spending $20,000 extra dollars for a lower quality vehicle so I can save money on gas. I am all for switching to electric cars so as to help stabilize the environment, which is true of many of us, but it seems that too many opportunists are taking advantage and charging outrageous prices for quite ordinary vehicles. This is particularly true in North America. The GM Bolt, a very mediocre economy vehicle, once it gets to the dealerships in Canada, the price is about double an equivalent ICE car. Currently, it seems only the rich, or people who do not mind having mountains of debt are able to acquire EV's.
Good video. I decided on the Mach-e after testing the MY, Ioniq 5, id.4, and EV6. I actually like the glass roof, even living in Southern California. Funny in the video how the road shots of the MME are on Southern California mountain roads, then the video shot in the car are obviously somewhere else.
The all electric Mini Cooper is lighter and better looking for about 30 thousand new. The biggest problem is the short range. Most are better off with a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, unless they own a second vehicle for long trips or rent one.

I believe if you receive a 2023 prior to 12/31/22 it still qualifies for the existing credit + NA Assembly. Just for clarification

For what its worth i drove one in summer and the A/C kept up. And I believe there are after market shades you can get.
I live in Vegas and the sunroof was not an issue at all. I bought the after-market shade but didn't feel the need to install it yet.

Is the premium Mach e any different than the standard ?
Yes. Premium get 360 cam, sunroof, heated steering wheel, and other creature comfort features.

Mach E is too rich for my blood. Frankly I don't think it offers good value for the consumers.
