Wow Craig - what resilience...!! I thought my travel was sometimes chaotic, but this goes way beyond - but for sure, looking at the final scenes, it was worth every hour of the travel..!
Update: we were without luggage for a week after arriving in NZ, and having returned back to London in January, they lost one of our bags again in Frankfurt, in spite of me spotting it outside our aircraft, photographing it and asking both the cabin leader and captain not to leave without it being loaded. Speechless.
