Hi Ali , great little unit, I sprayed a couple doors touch ups on woodwork on site, with oil based undercoat and oil based enamel both thinned down , undercoat was thinned 15% top was around 30% just to seal off final coat was brushed and rolled and I was pleasantly surprised with the unit , I had three different colours it cleaned out relatively quick ,finish was great I did use the fine finish head the fan width is a bit narrow i will try yellow standard head with oil based next time,

What thining ratio did you use/recommend on the Aquanamel for HVLP
