FINALLY SOMEONE SHOWS A DEMO THE RIGHT WAY .. IF YOUR GONNA SHOW A SYSTEM YOU GOT TO SHOW A DEMO EVEN THOUGH THE SOUND THROUGH YOU TUBE IS NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE
That’s some crazy gear in that room. Imagine if all 3 LCR speakers were the same tower arrays but behind an AT screen. That’d be crazy!!!! Awesome video
I have been in this room and have been given a demo of this equipment...I have worked a McIntosh labs since 2019 4 years in receiving and one year in the stock room.
By my maths the max per 20 amp plug is 2400. Plugging two of those 1000 watts into the same outlet isn’t really any different or am I missing something?
I think the peak watts might be like 4kW and the amp doesn't do a 100% efficient conversion from AC to speaker power. It prob wastes 15% power. Alsi, they might be trying to reduce voltage sag from the outlet? Just guesses on my part. /shrug
10 Amp outlet = 2400 Watts at 240 VAC “Australian voltage”, but by splitting it up it allows you to put more circuits in the room from your distribution board of the house thus lowering the current draw on just a couple of circuits.
What always bothers me when I see these types of rooms is that they put the damn center channel pretty much on the damn floor pointing the legs when the tweeter is supposed to be at ear level or am I wrong?????
I've heard that system and the bass in the floor is a cool party trick but it got annoying after a few demos, system sounded extremely clear and dynamic otherwise.
They're trying to sell equipment, not the theater. I'm sure if someone was purchasing that level of equipment for home theater, they would have a dedicated equipment room and an acoustically transparent screen.
@@fishis14 and thats the main problem : selling expensive ,,hyped,, gear not the best possible Solution. Because you dont need all of that ,,high end,, equipment to get the perfect sound. But when the customer pay for it youve a good time as brand & installer. Just because McIntosh build the room, means not they done it correct or it even sound good as theatre
@@vtkz They have a large screen, looks small next to massive speakers, they can turn all the lights of so you don't see the blue or green lights from the amps, they probably have ample acoustic treatment, whats your deal, im sure it looks and sounds great, without hiding the amps and speakers, which is what they are trying to sell

Standby. We have a project we’re working on that’s doing just that. It’s going to be nuts!
Love that setup. looking forward to seeing the factory tour.
I'd rather just keep the lights on and look at all the gear than bother to watch a movie. Man, to live a life of excess. Good stuff.
Loved the demo thanks
Very fun content! Thanks!

Wow! Impressive setup
Exactly. It was a dream come true.
Awesome!
Awesome! all those equipment $$$$$$$$$$$$$
Can’t take it with you.
Wow... It's like Omar watching the Golden mountain in Meccana's Gold... 😍😍😍
Nice system !
Have you all listen to the new Qualio Audio IQ Speakers yet ?
What’s that now?
that system needs it's own sub-station to power it all!
Great video!!
Thanks JDuB
What a system 😍
Agreed 100%
Seriously though. I feel like a kid at a toy store at Christmas every time I see a McIntosh system and I own one.😂
Me too :)
nice man
I would do unspeakable things for a McIntosh theater like this.
oh my

Didn’t you notice the flux capacitor in the center of the rack ?

not true. These tweeter arrays have great dispersion top and bottom. the left and right are where they are limited
Looking forward to the review on the sms g50 subwoofer.
Oh yeah? It’s working. My hip isn’t. Once I’m healed up enough I’ll film the subwoofer video.
Need pricing on the speakers and the amps up front if possible. I’m assuming five figures on each.
You’d be surprised. Msrp should be published.
I would pop a Trinov or Marantz AV10 and set the speakers to consume LFE and directional bass.
wouldn't mind that system in my 2 bedroom flat !!!!!!!
Who wouldn’t Andrew :)
All that cinema room needs is a 160inch micro led tv and dbox motion seats and It'll beat any imax cinema
if only they had the money to do it

That room is the ultimate cure for erectile dysfunction, but I wouldn't wanna pay their electric bill.
That is what I call "God Mode".
this is a power house.
I can barely afford cigarettes and pepperoni.
Trinnov not touching Mcintosh. I own several pieces of Mac gear. Mcintosh is the truth
Gotta love that classic Mac sound.
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude it is truly awesome
Have to admit the sample video had poor sound quality. Heard much much better. Sound quality from RUclips channels with much inexpensive speakers.
😎 "Promosm"!!
Room Perfect, The best, blah, blah, blah - good salesman but you ain't Trinnov.
But to be honest nothing beats the McInt color. Lol
Have you tried room perfect
