Yeah the trial chest jokes include people who are in reserve. To see them at least one of the required people shouldn't be in the party at all.
Also, as someone who played CS before Crossbell, I never realized how many barriers there are in Erebonia with no one to get over them.

Gaius, Alisa, and White Altina are back in the party! None of them are all that different from CS1, but Alisa's buff is still really handy and Millium still hits like a truck, so they're nice to have around.
This game does keep multiple autosaves, so the next time you mess up your save like that you can simply load one of them and only lose a couple minutes of progress.
Others have already pointed out that when I said not to bring the characters to the chests they can't be in the party period. It's hard early on since you have the characters by default and would need to not touch the chests until you come back later with a wrong party, but you'll be seeing it a lot later. Since you got them all, here they are:
Alisa/Millium: How is this message like Millium? It's short.
Gaius/Millium: You've heard it a Millium times before: nice Gaius finish last.
Alisa/Gaius: Irina Reinford's daughter wasn't ready to purchase her own orbal car, but she was willing to take out A-lisa on one!

The final bonding events for most characters require a couple of specific events need to be done to see for each character. For party member characters you have to view their bonding event on 12/26 and you have to either play Blade or choose them as your partner for the mech battle on 12/30

    • @ErpyAGDI
      @ErpyAGDI 4 месяца назад

Actually, it's "or" rather than "and". The Blade match on 12/30 and the mech battle partner on 12/30 are opportunities to get two more members on your final bonding list whose bonding event you didn't view on 12/26.

51:00 Pro Gamer Tip - Millium's craft barrier only works against physical attribute attacks. Altina's Mazer Arm was a magical attribute attack so it didn't guard against it. There's different variations of barriers. One's that negate physical, one for magical, and one that negates everything. I believe Emma's S-craft is where you first get access to those last types of guards.

I think the chest thing only happens from the moment you can edit your whole team, so it's possible to not have the right people in the group for the chest trial. Also, Cold Steel 2 was the first Trails game where I found the HIT quartz to be really useful, a necessity, even.

Stay tuned for the next episode, or else Black Millium will star in the next Chinese washing machine commercial, and you don't want that? Do you?
Also, regarding playable sharon. Later in the game you get a unique accessory depending on which of Toval, Claire, and Sharon you bonded with the most. Sharon's is probably the best (it gives delay, and it stacks with other delay, making Arc-slash with impede stupid good).
Also surprised Altina didn't barrier for you until late in the fight. I thought she was programmed to do it as her first attack every time, and she always spams it like every 2nd move for me lol. It makes beating her and Blueblanc in the timelimit bonus thing fairly difficult though the 2 zephyr dudes are still way harder.

Since you brought up the drama cd for CS1, might as well mention the second cd. (You may already know this tho.) The Remote Town of Alster, as it's called, takes place sometime during act 2 of this game. There's no clear answer as to when exactly unlike the first cd, but you have some time until then. And while it can be seen as less required than that first cd, it's still worth your time imo, especially if you read the Zero pre-story manga too.

Basically STARTING with CS2 onwards even on Easy/Very easy mode < 100% HIT and party members are pretty much useless even at lv 200 for the 2nd and 4th games and lv 99 for the 3rd game Hajimari ie the 5th game pretty much still needs 100% hit to NOT be useless at its max lv which in that one is lv 250 instead.
As for the 2 Kuro games their max lv is 99 and 150 respectively BUT Kuro 2 in Japan doesn't even HAVE like enemies up to like even lv 110 to lv 120.

Nord was great. I took Toval with me on every single outing to find Class 7. I just really wanted the accessory he gives you. I personally think Alisa is best girl. But that is mainly due to her specific chemistry with Rean. The 2 just fit together so well. And make sure you take over her current bonding events at least. There is some backstory there. It's really cute. Otherwise, I can not wait until you get to the finale. You will literally die from your jaw hitting the floor. Btw, I just got the Sky and Crossbell character artbook. Ozzy is around 52 in Sky the 3rd. I need the Cold Steel artbook if I can get it one day. This game is great. The next section is also great. Aidios, I wanna see it. And Wazy is only 17. Holy mother of Aidios, that came out of nowhere, and long too, you've already finished the next session. Welp, I have some work to catch up on😅, but anyway...
    - I can't say much about the proving ground tour until I redo it, the only thing to say is that, as you noticed, Thors students has taken refuge with the army: Munk, the radio fanatic who's lamenting the fact that it's just war program passing and wish for Abend time to return (who's gonna tell him ?), and Monica I think, Laura's friend from the swimming club.
    - Claire indeed has a new look, which is logical because walking around with her RMP uniform would kinda be painting a target on herself, and Fie is the big mood but at the same time I can't blame the boys here, it IS a good outfit ngl XD.
    - And Olaf tells Elliot that once the war is over, if he still wishes to be a musician, he has his approval to do so; which a great moment after thinking back in CS1 that his father rejected his way of life, and solidifies the idea that he wanted him to expand his horizons instead of being solely focused on music; and it paid off because he's in Class VII now and is much more aware of the problems of the country, and he'll give his answer after the war once he has observed enough; I don't understand people saying that Elliot is a meh character, it really makes me think that people just want all people to have a tragic and larger than life stories instead of humble or credible stories like Elliot here, and that's where they fail.
    - Yeah, CS2 goes hard on the Drama CD of CS1, and yeah it was confirmed that Ymir was indeed cut content, apparently you can find models of Rean's parents as well as Ymir in CS1's files, but it was scrapped due to the game already being too big, they recycled it to the Drama CD we know today; and given that some events in it are relatively important (like Rean reaching intermediate level in the Eight Leaves One Blade school, which will be mentionned later) and the constant references of it by the characters (notably Bleublanc during his encounter later in the episode); I'm glad it gets to exist in some form and was translated by Xseed instead of being lost into oblivion; oh and btw, there's another CD drama in this game that is worth checking, I'll give it to you once you'll reach the start of Act 2 since the events in it takes place around that time.
    - and we have the returns of the bonding events..... And the mistake of confusing the load screen with the save screen, we all felt that - _-, though you could've still come back to this point via your last manual save, with the skip and turbo buttons, I think doesn't even take 5 minutes, or you could've used the auto saves, I regularly use them if I missed something that's not far back; but oh well, RIP Fie Machias and Claire, you'll be more careful next time 😅. I'll talk more about the bonding events (and in his case, catching you up to the ones you missed), in the other comment.
    - Oh yeah, there's the snowboard minigame in CS2, man it bring back.... memories of the last level, ahhhh good times.
    - Next stop: the Nord Highlands, it's being a while and it's good to be back..... Until you realize that you don't have a horse and must travel on foot😱.
    - The war didn't spare the Highlands it seems because the Reformists and noble factions are fighting here too..... Which is weird at first because if there was fighting, it would be inland, not on the Highlands because the Nobles don't have a base here, it's only after consultation with the 3rd armored division that we get the situation; the Nobles took over the Watchtower, with help of the republic, which I find quite surprising since I don't remember if they explain the motive for that, and it's not the one you suggested because they cooperated with the Republican terrorists, here it's the republican ARMY who helped, but I'll see; and now the division is stuck fighting on two fronts: on the highland side with the troops of the Watchtower, and on the empire's side with the Nortia army; thanks to Zechs leadership and strategies, they're holding out, but if it continues, the gate will fall during the month, and it doesn't help that communications have being blocked in the Highlands since the Watchtower was captured, so they're on their own. But it's not something we should be concerned ourselves with for now, let's go meet wind bro.
    - And oh yeah, Beryl's here...... For some reason XD, and she's still as cryptid (hahaha....) as ever.
    - Introducing Nidhoggr (btw, I think it's pronounced without the g since it's mute, like how you said it the second time), another Jaeger Corp enters the fray, that's the third in Erebonia after the northern Jaegers and Zephyr, and technically fifth in the series with the Red Constellation being in Crossbell and if you count the Enhanced Jaegers of Ouroboros; these guys specialize in ambush it seems because you go straight into disadvantage in this fight (btw, take the windward, the battle theme in this fight, is a banger, but is a bit inappropriate here, though it will be used more adequately later). And they can communicate, weird since they're in the Highlands so they shouldn't be able to do so, eh whatever, WIND BRO!!! Welcome back!!! (nothing to say on the reunion, sweet but not much else).
    - Yep, turns out they moved out to the lake where Gywn stays at, with Gaius's whole family as well as Sharl, the daughter of the chef at Zender Gate and Thoma's crush ( iirc her father sent her here so that she'll be safe in case Zender Gate fell). I like how everyone comment on Gaius's mom that she looks young for her age... Which is true, just look at how beautiful this woman is, MILF material right here XD.
    - Alisa and Millium aren't here, they'd gone to the northeast of the highlands with Gwyn (in a part you didn't visit before).... And they're against the boss of the 5th floor of the Schoolhouse, what crappy luck
    - Yeah.... This is the part that I don't like about combat here now that you have more and more characters and setups.....the S-crafts are too OP -_-, I think I said it as well in CS1, but CS2 has it a bit worse in my opinion; with the Unsurtr here and the next boss, spamming S-crafts is a viable strategy because it melts the bosses's HP bars, in both cases, a few S-crafts and the boss is already down half of his health, and that's on NIGHTMARE, so you can imagine how it trivialize things in lower difficulty, but I think the thing that makes it worse than CS1 is that the game ENCOURAGE you to do so; with the bonus AP of course but also because bosses in this game are tough and can wreck you especially on higher difficulties, so it becomes a race of "which one can wipe out the other first ?" (because you can't get wrecked if you wreck the enemy first *insert roll safe meme here*), a race the player almost always has an advantage, and in this type of race, you need something that deals a great amount of damage, and what's better for that than S-crafts, who's damage output is often greater than the bosses's defense so they melt through and chew a good part of the work you need to do (though it seems it didn't help for the next boss but more on that later).
    - Anyway, after that whole tangent, we have probably one of the best reunion scene with Alisa, and one of scene that really makes me think that it was dumb to try and force the harem into the game, when IN THE STORY (and not even with the bonus from unlocking her final bonding event) you have scenes like these that clearly forces in one direction. If the choices weren't there, people would've accepted it, but because there's one, you have ship wars and people still thinking that Alisa is a bad character because she's still mad at Rean ( yeah right, because THIS is her still mad, okay dude).........*cough* and I went on another tangent, sorry -_-. But yeah, the scene speaks for itself, as they opened up on their feelings on the day they got separated, and how they knew their actions would crush Rean emotionally, but they had no choice in order to keep him alive; just..... Greart stuff in general.
    - Millium is less emotional and more funny ( but bringing Claire does add another réunion between her and Millium that's touching) but we're glad she decided to stick with Class VII instead of going back to the intelligence division (though as you said, they're also kind of divided at the moment, especially since Lechter is in Crossbell and he's kinda stuck there until the blue barrier goes down).
    - So as we suspected, the reason for the communications being cut is because of jamming coming from the Watchtower. The army has been notified of that, but due to the battle, the nomads consider moving out of the Highlands in order to be safe, which is something Rean doesn't agree on and think they should stay here; we know since CS1 that this land means so much to them, so them being forced out of there because of foreign conflict is really scummy, the noble alliance is taking advantage of the jamming to make Jaegers run amok in the Highlands and putting them in danger (indirectly, but still), so the mission ? Disabling the jamming device in top of the Watchtower. This will be the first time the group is voluntarily meddling into Factions affairs (last time it was unintentional because they stumbled into their assault on the 4th armored divison while battling Zephyr), but they'll be a third party, not directly helping the reformist Faction (the distinction is deliberate here, because people criticize some things about it, but we'll get to that later). But in the meantime... SIDEQUESTS!!!
    - I told you you will miss more frequently in this game, and flying ennemies especially have higher evasion so you'll miss more, prepare those HIT accessories or quartzs.

      @stratfor140 4 месяца назад +1

      - After the Terra Shrine, now's the Aria shrine, and it seems that they DO appear out of nowhere, because at 31:24, you have an active voiceline of Gaius being surprised that the cavern leading to the shrine exists (and probably more lines talking about it afterwards)
      - Nothing really to talk about, it's a color swap more or less of the Terra shrine with a different layout with these bosses that speaks Truths and Lies, but not facts (and you got bodied until you did the "spam S-crafts" technique) and with a flashback at the end; though regarding the trial chests, you need to not have the characters in the party AT ALL, not just in the active party (I tried it as well earlier).
      - Infiltration of the Watchtower, start! Or rather it's a blitzkrieg, with the dungeon theme Blitzkrieg in the background XD. And at the top, there's Bleublanc and Black Millium, or rather Altina Orion and her stand Claiomh Solais, now we finally know her name, but it brings even more question because not only does she have a doll that looks very similar to Airgetlam, her codename is Black Rabbit, while Millium's is White Rabbit, but she also have Orion as a family name, same as Millium, though it doesn't seem like they know each other, so it's really weird. Also, here we also have an exemple of how the Drama CD can matter, if you only played the game, Bleublanc only interacted as a phantom thief to Class VII once and only to half the class in Heimdallr, and then was never seen again until the assassination, though in actuality, Class VII as a whole has more experience with the Thief's antics than we're shown because they confronted each other in the Drama CD, not to mention Bleublanc himself mention their last encounter several times here and later on.
      - Now for the boss fight, just like the Zephyr fight, you have conditions to fufill to get bonus AP, bit unlike them, you need to actually defeat them in 40 turns and the battle actually won't end until you down them. A rather classic boss fight where in your first attempt you showed exactly what I said earlier regarding melting HP bars (even if you did lose just after), but otherwise Bleublanc use certains moves similar to the ones in Sky, like the evil card one (though it's single target this time around) and Akashic Rain, and Altina's are eerily similar to Millium's, she has a laser beam, a barrier move, though instead of smashing the ground with her stand, she spins her arms and deals magic damage (which is why Millium's barrier didn't work, because it only protect against physical attacks).
      - And then just after answering a few questions, he just use shadow weaving to stop us, "how could we have known he could do this ?" my dear Alisa, you should've just played the Sky Trilogy (I surprised you didn't do this joke, though I guess you forgot Bleublanc used the same ability in Sky SC). Funny enough, here, Bleublanc calls Rean's Mean form" the strength of an ogre" maybe he knows more about this power than even us 🤔. We won't get to hear more of this because Sharon comes in to save the day, and we have an enforcer reunion that confirms Sharon's standing on this: she prioritize the Reinford family over her duty as an enforcer (and she's within her right to do so because if you forgot, Bleublanc said himself in Sky SC that Enforcers don't have to participate in the plans of the Anguis, or not helping at all, the society is based on mutual cooperation and the enforcers have a large ammount of freedom), but she also said that she doesn't plan to follow the same path as Joshua or Renne (first reason for why the first two cold steels are not good starting points in the series) because that path was closed to her long ago.
      - and that's the moment the assholes of the Provincial army decide to come back to the tower after their attack, we took too long, which lead to the mech battle where Rean LITERALLY JUMP OFF THE ROOFTOP!!! (Jesus, confident that Valimar can pick you up aren't you Rean XD) , nothing much to say except that that you can now do a unite with the partner you're assigned to for 5 BP with a "something" blade attack that has various stat debuffs depending on the name and at least two partners knows the same one; and it has an airship that you can't target, otherwise, more or less the same as the last one.
      - and we win, happy end, everyone retreat and Bleublanc leaves with parting words, saying that he's curious what role will Sharon play in these events, while Sharon herself just calmly to sit back and watch while she plays it.... And she also knows what we were doing here XD; Millium's at it again with the nicknames and is confusing her black counterpart, the provincial army abandon the watchtower, making the situation much more bearable for Zechs since one front is gone, the comms are back, and they can just focus on the front of Nortia.
      - I don't remember much of the aftermath here, but it seem that they mention Schmidt being possibly involved in the development of Soldats and the Pentagruel airship, while they mention that he's an old friend of Gywn, I don't know if they mentionned that he's one of the three disciples of Epstein, so he's on the same level as professor Russell; and now with what Gaius's father said, we now have a suspicion on what the flashbacks we get in the shrines are about. It's time to leave the Highlands for now and return to Ymir to rest.
      - Back home, news about Rean's father....... No he's didn't die, on the contrary he woke up, which is a good thing, and we get to talk to him.
And that's it, I guess we're going to Legram next, but before that, I need to play catch-up, but don't worry, I'll get there 👍.

And now, for the world-building/events comment.
-Thankfully, the round of the proving ground wasn't long and it was quite interesting. First off, Claire is finishing to delegate the work to her two lieutenants, so that the RMP can begin the next phase of their plan; the 4th armored division guys are funny, though they all have something in common: in action or when talking about military stuff, they're all intense and hot-blooded; everyone knows who Elliot is and same for him, I guess that make sense that the son of the leader of that division would know the soldier of said division, there are some memorable ones, like the tank officer who treats the tanks like her babies, the two captains competing on who's delivering the best results, and the head of security who REALLY doesn't like the Bracers, ahhh, makes me think of the times of Sky FC with Morgan, the nostalgia; one of the captain also talks about the fact that they developed anti-soldats tactics, while their greatest strengths are their mobility and versatility, the tanks are still better when it comes to offense and defense, so what you need to do is impede their movements and forcing them to go where you want them to be so that you can hit them; it's not surprising that the army eventually find some way to counter them, the reason the assault on Heimdallr was so effective was the effect of surprise and because it was the deployment of a new weapon, and even back then, it only took George one look at it to guess that the joints would be the weakest spot, and he was right, that's how Class VII managed to took one of them down, so after one month, of course the army would find the weakness as well (At least the 3rd has as well based on when Zechs said to aim for the legs). But there's not only the 4th here, there's also remnant of the 5th division with them... You know... The division that was wiped out alongside Garrelia Fortress. the private in charge of the rest area was one of them, and she's still traumatized by these events. And of course, there's the Thors students, the group taking refuge here was helped by the second years to escape the academy, but they got separated, notably Klein, the head of the Swimming club; in this group, there's Munk who we talk about earlier, Monica, who's currently helping at the mess hall and is the one who talk about the details I mentionned above (she was also hoping we'd find Laura by now, unfortunately not😔), and Rex, you know, the pervy photographer, he was technically given shelter here as well, but he's gone on the frontlines to take photos of the conflict, so we won't see him this time around.
      - Now, for the bonding events.... Or not, I'll talk more about Ymir first. The repairs are doing well but the baron is still comatose for now, so everyone gave their wishes, help lady schwarzer at the different tasks and visit him, including the children who wants to do paper cranes with leaves (great quest name btw, punpunpunpun) so that he'll get better; meanwhile Claire and Toval are already hard at work in the communications a'd defenses of the village and the rest of the class is resting, oh and Annabelle is still fishing in her corner of the valley XD, and about the snowboard, I don't know if you did it but there's prize to gain in each course so be sure to check regularly.
Oh, and I nearly forgot but all the village knows that Celine can talk and about Valimar as well.
OK, NOW onto the bonding events:
      - Claire's is about helping her secure the entry routes to the village, and you get to see a preview of her S-craft, and like you say in the video, her S-craft shows that she's capable of complex calculations in the midst of combat, she also talks a bit on how it was the Chancellor a place to belong and that she would've liked to repay while he was still alive, but she'll continue to do so regardless.
      - Elliot's about him thinking about the need of music in the future and his fear over that, especially during the civil war, it's a part of his thinking on how does he want to live his life, like he promised his dad, but Rean cheer him right back up (It's a bit simple, but we all have questions like these popping out of our minds sometimes)
      - Toval's is Bracer work.... Wow XD, though afterward we get a nice scene where it's Toval who act like a mentor figure by asking Rean about why he joined Thors, and his story is basically a big reference to Carnelia (I see you started to do the joke as well XD).
      - In Fie's, it's a cooking lesson with really tense music like the one at the practical exam XD, she knows how to make rations, but they're tasteless (something Elliot and Machias apparently ate every day during the month they were together, welp 😅), and the events is all about making them tastier, and Fie had fun doing that with someone.... Unlike in the Corp..... Yeah she still has them on her mind, though I can't blame her.
      - And guess what Machias's event is about ? Try to guess............studying, I'm not joking, and while they reminisce about the times they studied on the Midterms and how they wish to go back to those times, Elliot and Fie walk on them, and the latter tries to run away from the forced study session, comedy gold XD
      - You know, now that I think about it, since you complained about always missing the owls later on, Claire was a great character for that, because her weapon has +100% accuracy, meaning she's not going to miss ever unless she's blinded, and has a +20% of Crit compared to the others with +5%, not to mention that her crafts are really good, especially Flawless Leadership that has Accelerate + STR & DEF buffs, with her and Machias in the party, you can manipulate the turn order with ease. All in all, every adult character joining us is OP in some way, like Toval who can cast arts way faster than a normal art user thanks to his accessory, and Sharon as well, but we'll wait for next time for her.
      - Yeah, Zender Gate is not on a great shape, they're becoming short-handed on both personnel and ressources and are barely scrapping by by restoring old model tanks. They also confirm that another attack is coming from the Eisengard Range (so coming from Erebonia and the Nortia army), they're stuck in a Pincer attack and won't hold out for very long, even with Zechs's leadership. And Thors Students are here too, you saw Beryl earlier (which btw, is confirmed to not be 1 witch by Celine, because she too is wondering what's her deal XD), but there's Mint too, though how she got here is pretty funny: she evacuated in Roer when the war started, but after she went out, she got lost and found herself here............. HOW DID YOU GET LOST THIS FAR OUT MINT !!???!!! Well at least she's useful, she helps getting the tanks back in fighting shape and even the soldiers are impressed with the work she puts, it's just that her methods are a bit unconventional... And sometimes involves kicking the engine until it starts XD.
      - huh. The Jaegers can actually use Themas to resurrect each other, I didn't know that, not surprising I guess when you can smoke them quick with S-crafts.
      - Not much to say in the settlement beside what we already know: they consider leaving the Highlands, they can't contact Zender due to the problem of communication, everyone pitch in to help, and everyone beside Lacan and Gaius are forbidden to leave the village due to the danger outside of it (like the Jaegers), and also that Alisa and Millium integrated pretty well with the nomads, especially Millium who plays with the children all the time with Lammy XD.

      - Oh right, with all the reunions, I completely forgot to talk about the Cryptid and the thing Celine said last time. Yeah, the Cryptids are back, but this time its different than in Crossbell where the Pleroma Grass was used as a pathway for the cryptids to appear. Here, there don't seem to need the grass for that, and Celine talks about the fact that an abnormality is occurring in Erebonia at the same time as the war, but it's not the war itself; more shit behind the scene can be occurring here, let the theories flow out!
      - yeah, now that I did the reunions, I saw the first weird moment I talked about before regarding the fact that the game memorize if you unlocked the final bonding events instead of seen it. Because until now, it was just bonus dialogue, but here, both Alisa and Millium in their bonus are referring to what they said to Rean when he was about to fly away (the scene you saw with Fie) with flashback and everything...... Which can be extremely weird if you unlocked both of them and saw both flashbacks..... Especially if neither was your choice in the last game, you'd be like "the hell, when did this happen ?🤨".
      - So after the whole conversation about trading the Watchtower, the Sidequests at the settlement are average, except the hidden one at Zender Gate (which is on high alert rn due to the imminent battle), which ties directly to the events of the first game, Zats is the guy who gave us a sidequest in the first game and who lost his best friend in the attack of the watchtower by Bugbear, the men Gideon hired to incite a war with Calvard; here, we find a memento of said friend he lost in a tank when they escaped, and they intend to give this momento (a pendant) to his fiancée after the war.... Man, that was poignant. Otherwise in interesting NPC dialogue beside the Zechs one which you showed (btw, the strategist Millium mentionned is most likely Rufus, because the soldiers at the watchtower said that the strategy to divide the division comes from the chief of staff, which is what Duke Cayenne called Rufus back at the Pentagruel, and also of course what Bleublanc said), one of the nomad comment on ruins in the northeastern reaches of the Highlands that wasn't here previously (which is a hint of the presence of the Aria shrine in these parts if you haven't bothered to check the full map when you want to find Alisa and Millium), and the old lady has a legend regarding the presence of Cryptids it's said that otherworldly beasts appear at turning points in history when our world is thrown out of balance, make of that what you will, but with the legend of the Great knights turning out to be true, we have reasons to believe that these legends can be credible. Oh, and I don't know if you tried to visit the Ancient Quarry, but there's a tent around the entrance for some reason 🤔.
Nothing else to add, excited for the next episode😁.

The WINDS going strong with this video. Maybe in the future episodes you should put Nord Highlands theme whenever there's a "wind" joke much like the barrier one lol.
Also, every Severe Blow OST boss fights in Act 1 has an extra AP condition. It is ultimately optional however and you can still reach A0 rank even without those if you decided on completing all of the sidequests in full AP.

Ngl the reunion part of this game felt so dramatic and couldn't help myself but laugh everytime we reunited with our teammates lol it's a little anticlimactic to act the way they are acting after not seeing each other for a month its not that long but that being said it is cool that everyone is relived to each other alive

    • @giuseppeparry1365
      @giuseppeparry1365 4 месяца назад

Well, you said it yourself, it's not that they didn't see Rean for a month, it's that they didn't know he was ALIVE for a month. It's not like they just agreeably broke off and agreed to re-meet after a month. The last they saw of Rean was him flying away in Valimar.
If you saw your close friend (and in Alisa's case, love interest) fly away to god-knows-where in the middle of a civil war while injured, you'd be worried too, wouldn't you? And you'd be extremely relieved to find him alive and safe.

Its so strange how hyped everyone is about meeting Rean again but almost ignoring everyone else he brought with him. Usually one comment like Millium for Claire and thats it. Downgrades the whole Class VII story how strong their bond is. Might be because you can choose your party but still.

To be fair, the last time they saw Rean he was flying off all by himself to parts unknown. The rest of Class VII split up into three groups (Machias/Elliott/Fie, Alisa/Millium/Gaius, Laura/Emma/Jusis), hence they could reasonably expect that each trio would look out for each other.
But yeah, the whole dynamic of Class VII is way too Rean-centric, and the other non-Rean characters don't really feel like they have relationships with each other.

I realize you didnt have someone focus on buffing team, especially atk and def buff.
You can try do atk buff & def buff twice to stack them. You will find that your stats skyrocket. Making the boss battles much easier.
My strat to do nightmare and higher in this game is to always double buff and try to keep the buffs 100% uptime.
This is especially helpful to tank s crafts by the bosses. Also reduce damage taken by alot so it makes fight much more barable.

God I hate how much the game tries to shove Alisa down your throat even when you don't pick her. She is the most uninteresting character from the whole group besides the fact that the game tries to make it cannon. From what I remember they ltone it down a bit more in 3 and especially in 4
