Large RED TAIL BOA moves into new enclosure - My BCI gets a new home

Red tail boas get big and will need a lot of space. Ball pythons will as well. Large red tail boas, AKA BCI boas are some of the best snakes you can own, just make sure you do your research.

Radiant heat panel is the safest for your type of enclosure. That and led lights. It's just more natural type of heat and won't burn your house down

They do need space. The reason you think the boa doesn't use the whole tank is because they are nocturnal. They do most of their exploring at night time when we sleep.

What type of plexiglass did you get I built my bearded dragon a 120gal and my tegu an 8x4 but plexiglass was out of my budget so I had to use chicken wire but I just don’t like the look of it and it doesn’t hold humidity so that cheaper plexiglass would be awesome in my enclosures
