Hi Chef, thank you for cooking like this, it makes me remind of the time when my Nani taught me the basics and explain the science and process behind it even though she was a housewife and home cook who used to work from home as a tailor to provide for her three her love for cooking and feeding and learning news things never went away. She taught me resilience, determination and the importance of hard work and also that knowledge increases from sharing it. This is why you remind me of her always when I see you cook, Thank you for that. And I fangirl so hard when I see your smile and warmth which also reminds me of my Nani of and that with how much love she did everything. I also had a request, will you able to put white font against the darker background? Sometimes it distracts when you try to find the measurement on the screen. I use to make tea at home. I knew that much only. Once I visited one exhibition some bit was selling cookery books. I bought. Went home and kept in shelve. I asked my wife why don't you see and make some dish. But she said it is in English. I said ok and I just took one of book and opened and kaju katli ka page open hogaya. Then wife asked me to prepare it. I took her order and by the book I prepared kaju katli. And really it was awesome. Every one liked and I got inspired. It was my first preperation after tea. Now I have come along a long way. Still learning and interestedly doing many food preperations . I feel cooking is rocket science because a single moment you miss food you are prepare can get spoiled.
