    I still not tried lamb that really makes me want to get on the stick and try them. Look really taste. Great video

    I have a superb braised lamb shank recipe that I’ve been cooking for years on the weber smokey mountain and now weber smokefire (in veggie stock and a bottle of red plonk loaded with various veg)
    But this looks amazing too - Aussie lamb shanks are divine though dunno if I’d get them from Coles or Woolies… I’m on a first name basis with some of our local butchers, sharing ideas of things to try especially when they have specials on certain things
