- Let's tour my home library together! My private library consists of over 10,000 books spanning many literary genres, from fantasy and science fiction, to mystery/thrillers, gothic, occult and metaphysical, and the classics. But my favorite genre is horror. I have many bookshelves bursting with vintage horror paperbacks (as seen in Paperback from Hell), young adult horror books like Fear Street and Point Horror, Stephen King, and a large Goosebumps collection, just to name a few. I also have many leatherbound books, signed books, and rare first editions in my collection for those who enjoy the finer things in life, and many YA and middle grade books as well. I will also be covering all my home library decor in this video, with helpful bookshelf hacks to get the most out of your space. This is where I spend the majority of my time reading and writing, and I hope you feel at home too!

I've almost completed Spooksville and Shivers series. Kills me every time I watch your tours I find new RL Stine books I didn't know existed. haha
There’s more Stine books out there that I don’t think anyone knows about! We’ve been researching some things here and have found some seriously deep cuts.

It’s from Taco Bell! I had one as a kid. This one was a recent gift for Christmas which brought me way back. :)

These videos of yours are always inspirational! I actually used your tier suggestion for a while, but then my collection outgrew my space so I had to forego displaying my books in favor of storage. Now I'm sure there are books hidden away that I've forgotten I own. I'll be happy to have a library half as glorious as yours someday!

This is amazing! As someone who was a kid/preteen in the late 80's/early 90's who LOVED reading, seeing your selection of all the scholastic books, R.L Stine and Christopher Pike books absolutely warms my heart and brings back a ton of memories of how much I loved those books. I hope one day to be able to remake the collection that I once had. And OMG you have all the babysitter club books 😍😍😍
Amazing! No joke I know I’ve said it before but you got me into vintage horror paperbacks. I started with goosebumps and fear street but you got me into bonechillers, shivers, AYAOTD, zebra horror, point horror, Christopher pike and spooksville, fright time, etc. and I’m so greatful for the time and energy you put in your videos. I hope to have a library even a quarter as big as yours one day. I’m at about a little over 1,000 now and growing. Thanks again man and keep up the good work! And can’t wait to get autumn crow fresh hell! 🎃 I also took notes and double stacked my shelves with cardboard that I cut and taped to size and it saves so much room, thanks again!

Love the way you've tiered the paperbacks. That's a good idea. Curious though, how do you go about organizing on the tiers?
So if authors starting with A end on the first row of books, do you start with B on the back row? Or do you start with A on the back row and B on the front? 😅
Thank you so much!! I appreciate the kind words. Good question! A’s would start in the back, B’s in the front. That being said, sometimes when I’m organizing they get switched by accident, then I have to redo them. So frustrating when that happens! 😣

What an incredible library, Cameron! You should offer in person tours and charge for them! Like a museum. Do you have any tips on how to optimize shelf space with hardback books? They definitely take up a lot of space but I just can’t get rid of them.
I may have missed them on your shelf, but do you have the World's Best "True" Ghost Stories series from the early 90s? I just started buying a few of those, and also ghost books by Daniel Cohen. They are fun! Great illustrations too. You have so many vintage paperbacks, I'm wondering if you have a couple that I randomly found at a library book sale and brought home: Footsteps in the Night - Dolores Hitchens, Ellery Queen: Dead Man's Tale, or The Darkest Room by Grace Corren. They're really neat to look at, and one has old cigarette ads inside! :) They were about $.35 back in the day.
As a Sci-fi fan myself, would you ever consider talking a bit more about those books in the future? I am a huge Star Trek and Star Wars fan and am looking to expand on my collection of those books.

Amazing pics of you with the Goosebumps books when you were little. Stephen King was my obsession in the late 80's and 90's. I was already an adult in 90's so had no interest and was not even aware of Goosebumps at the time. I decided to see what all the fuss was about and just started reading them last week. Not what I expected at all I am happy to say. I thought they would be much more juvenile and of no interest for an adult but I am enjoying them! They seem like they would be too scary for kids under 10! I just ordered your book, Autumn Crow.
