@@LibraryMacabreHi Cameron, I had a bit of a unrelated question but hopefully you'll see this and can answer it for me - I've recently been collecting all of the Ghosts of Fear Street series and came to realize that the books I had as a kid all had embossed covers but some of the books I've bought on ebay recently don't have any embossing! Do you know anything about this? They're all first editions, so I don't understand why some have embossing while others do not. What an awesome Goosebumps collection Cam- it really takes me back to my childhood in the 90's. This was one of my favourite series of books growing up.
Thanks for explaining how to spot the first edition. Turns out I have quite a few of them. Say Cheese and Die being the oldest. I’m a little older so I remember when the abominable snowman from Pasadena being about where I lost interest but the covers are so amazing. Jacobus’s illustrations and the color schemes with the textured lettering is just perfection. The scholastic marketing team was amazing.

Well when i was a kid ones at store had no editing on cover. I ratger have tgese versions. I have a first edition first printing of Night of the living, but it doesn’t have a barcode on the back. Is that normal? I know some were sold in packs, but this one doesn’t not have the whited out box where the barcode usually is printed. It’s just not there at all. Number line goes to 1 and the isbn is correct

@@LibraryMacabre thanks man
Hi! Can you please make videos on Creepover books? There such great books and are very underrated 🥰
I can! I have a big chunk of the series now and would love to read them all soon. :D
@@LibraryMacabreThey are awesome I’m so glad to hear that
Did you play the wii game for the goosebumps horrorland game? XD I know it's not the same, but yeah. Lol
I did!! It was a fun game. :)
Well when i was a kid ones at store had no editing on cover. I ratger have tgese versions. But when i was a jid in dchool all the 1s i took from school libraries and teachers classrooms had writing on cover. Today i found 12 goosebumps books. At goodwill. .99 cents each. All but 1 had writing on cover. The price. I put 1 back bc i alteady had it. But the 1 i had put back. Was a 1st edition i beieve lol. Wont be there when i go back
I have a first edition first printing of Night of the living, but it doesn’t have a barcode on the back. Is that normal? I know some were sold in packs, but this one doesn’t not have the whited out box where the barcode usually is printed. It’s just not there at all. Number line goes to 1 and the isbn is correct
This would be a book club edition. Official trade editions will always have a barcode. Sorry!
@@LibraryMacabreI’ll keep looking for a first print then. Thank you.
@@LibraryMacabreit does read scholastic special edition
