The "Headset" is a line-in aswell. It is for headset microphones.
The line-in is used for phones or tablets to play music through, (or alternatively USB mic's, if the USB mic supports audio through 3.5mm).
The line-out is to project audio to like, speakers or something like that.
Dynamic is for Dynamic mics for the headset / XLR.
Condenser is for Condenser mics (which is what 48V is for) for the headset / XLR.
The "Headphones" is used for, well; headphones. That way you can hear the audio.
The ground-loop is only needed if the USB mic that you have has bad wiring, or it is created by Blue (or if you are dual PC with USB mic).
Static from the mic's also plays a part of the exact 3.5mm cable you use, and like stated above; make sure your mic isn't bad quality or poorly made; or created by Blue.
You can use the "Electric", and "Voice Changer" effects for condenser mic's; just not with USB mic's. This audio interface is not meant for the USB microphones.
Please note, DO NOT use a USB microphone with this interface.
You TECHINCALLY can; but STRONGLY recommend against it.
Somethings stated in the beginning of the video aren't 100% correct for the IO on the back; no shot or dig at you. This is to clear up any misinformation.

Yeah he is using the mixer the wrong way technically.

@@Skeeters_Lint Yeah, i mean. Like the Razer Mixer and the GOXlr; USB mics are useable on this interface. Just, somethings are off the wall / not working correctly just based on the 3.5mm inputs that he placed wherever lol
But overall, it can do the job!

I'm using mine more as a mic interface then a mixer anyway, I use Voicemeeter for mixing.@@Anebuis

so your mic isn't even going through the mixer? Blue yeti is usb and not even connected to the mixer. edit: Ah your using ther monitor off the mic, novel hook up but not how the mixer is meant to be used, its really made for an XLR style mic, the line in port is for phones and tablets, not a mic.

I know I'm missing out without having an XLR mic. This is a temporary solution until I get a XLR mic. I just wanted to show how you would connect for a Blue Yeti since no one has done it yet. I plan to get a Shure MV7X XLR Podcast Microphone later to set it up with it down the line.
