I was biased against DR. KAYONGA for being affiliated with that opaque gigantic company . I owe him my respect for proactive responses and acceptance of past opaqueness of CVL and future plan to publicly listed on stock exchange.
I recommend every Rwandans to buy the shares of this company at maximum before foreigners do. This is one way to get double value on your tax.
This indicate that RPF is listening to economic advisors on important of free and open trade. I was loosing hope on the RPF economic strategies but this indicate that they are eager to learn, restructure and adapt to new economic realities.
CVL on stock market will force them to open their financial details of international auditors and how they conduct their dealings. This is game-changing for Rwanda business ecosystem.
