Dear Me. Gatete, the "self imposed " weakness of the CS is not about lack of demonstration as you put it it's about it's failure to take advantage of the right political environment, unlike in many other countries. In my interview, my study conclusion recommends a dialogue approach as opposed to confrontation. I am a big advocate of dialogue as you know me. This is why the advocacy I have lead in Rwanda on land for almost 30 years has been very successful.

Rwanda's success story is based on collaborative efforts, no doubt together we shall shape our civil society into an inclusive driven efforts.

The civil society needs serious technocrats who can advise the government on where things aren't going right. It's in the interest of the government to have an active civil society. The problem is that CSOs is very weak due to being led by weak leaders.

Not at all I don't think the Rwandan civil society is weak, the empowerment of youth Council is high above many western civil society regions! Many theories academically are not resilient to our past a history and current affairs, we need to be careful and remove such benchmark of europe civil society to our national umbrella, and by the way we cannot take all but with empathy we use above 75% of civil society policies genuinely compare to other state of africa with inclusiveness,free universal health care, equality no ethnicity,no gender discrimination, secure citizen from anti compliance money laundry, build channel of national youth in advanced education strive program TVET SDG, health , national housing urbanisation,tourism sport ect.. In 20 years Rwanda will be far recognised globally as a great civil society it take time to reset mind of his citizen against fraudulent ideology using church platform to robe national saving ect... In Europe many civil society destroyed the agenda of national youth council with some no sense policies, given sex education to children below age??? Now we watch openly and frankly many your international overseas umbrella currently where you work madam are those who need to assigned and learned from us, we can't share pie with those who want to destroy our authenticity,identity. Rwanda didn't let international organisation to take control of our national action plan task even now we have decided hundred 💯 % to allocate ressource to our national agenda and that why the country is today excel as a role model! The agenda of many academy is to create a space of conflict doubt and disoriented public, we thanks our leader his excellence making change listening and willing to build our empire independatly!

Rwanda is a great country especially after 1994. It is now the showpiece of excellence. Foreign interference in Rwanda isn't new , just like elsewhere in Africa. Difference is that in Rwanda a highly organized and intelligent regime is resisting it actively. Foreign interference includes religion. Thank you🙏
