Angelina's new EP came out today. I have listened to two covers (originals). They are absolutely stunning. So very proud of her she has worked so hard since she was so little. May our Lord bless her she deserves every blessing. Loved You Say I have watched it often it is so uplifting and fits her voice amazingly. Thanks for the reactions. What an amazing cover, stunning...Angelina is the worlds best cover singer at the moment, this is out of the question. But how will she progress to the best original song artist ? At this point, and this is not surprising, the quality of the songs she covers is so great, and her original songs are good as well but not in the same ballpark. Hence, she needs access to songs like this in order to get to the top. Very few musicians can sing and write themselves at the top level, that is the most difficult task.
So much more for you to listen to from Angelina. Please go back and react to her very first time in the studio at 6 yrs old. As a child prodigy she is already arranging her own music. Here she will sing I Who Have Nothing. She's a genius. Thankyou kindly for your reaction. Love from NC.

Thank you! Sometimes you wonder how it is possible to sing such a beautiful song. But then I realized during the hypnosis that it is Angelina Jordan who is singing!!!
I really can't stop listening to her. A phenomenal artist. She was only15 years old here. In my opinion the best vocal magician ever.
She sang this as part of a Republic Records Christmas celebration in 2021, just before turning 16. The song by Lauren is soooooo beautiful, and Angelina takes it to another level with that gorgeous voice of hers.
Nope, I'm afraid you're mixing that up with another event. It was a paid xmas online concert by Angelinas team. They used their studio, but thats it - its wasnt an RR event.

Guys, we can hear the sound of many, many artists past or present in her voice and when you put them all together we hear the distinctive tones of Angelina Jordan, a soulful voice with a hint of jazz, a storyteller supreme radiating love which our hearts cannot resist (since she was 7 years old). Impossible? Crazy? Incredible? It is a reality and it is what it is.
Btw, for this Christmas Special the people at Republic Records gathered musicians to play behind her whose resumes were so glowing you could never imagine how talented they are and who they played for during their illustrious careers. At the end of the Show each one of them was interviewed and they were asked what they thought of Angelina. In their own way each one of them said she was the best singer they had ever heard in their lives and there was no question she would become the biggest star in the world very soon. And they acknowledged she was a pleasure to work with and there is an aura of brightness that surrounds her that reflects the love in her heart.
Another little tidbit is when Quincy Jones first discovered her he said she reminded him of Michael Jackson and that no one had ever come close to the vocal and artistic abilities possessed by both of them. One more: David Foster, the famous producer and musician who has always been on the lookout for talent in very young people openly stated Angelina's version of 'What A Difference A Day Makes' at an outdoor gathering at 8 years is the most astonishing performance he has ever heard by someone so young.
Shes nestled in the accompanying legends of musicians in this show. Guys that were with Frank, Etta, Ella, Rod, and more for deacdes. They all know shes the best because theyve created with the best. Its truly amazing how gifted her entire life has been

This 2021 virtual Christmas concert was not publicly released. It was promoted and sreamed to those of who spent the $32 or so fee. Sadly, very few people tuned in. This song audio (minus video) leaked out a few months ago. With no obvious resistance, a video version appeared a couple weeks ago. In the past week, pa1189j, a superfan, has posted all the Christmas songs plus an edited version of the entire show. Much of it was interviews and shop talk with the five legendary musicians they brought together as the live band behind her. The "You Say" music is from a backing track.

They all met her the first time and were totally impressed.
She did a powerful version of Bohemian Rhapsody and five xmas songs on the show (Jingle Bell Rock, Have yourself a merry christmas, The christmas song, Let it Snow, White christmas). Amazing performance.

BP's, this perfomance is in the top 3 Angelina songs that have elicited the deepest, most enduring emotions from me. Please put on your reaction list one other of my top 3, Angelina's rendition of "I'll Be There" at an important charity event (of course) in Sweden at age 8. She sang despite a bad cold and the change in her voice made it even more effective, I believe. 🙏
The reason you haven’t heard or seeing this is because it was a live Christmas show on RUclips, but you had to buy a ticket to tune into it . The live show was absolutely amazing. It was really so exciting knowing we were actually watching her live . On the songs she sang was just spot on . She was 15 hear she’s not 17. Angelina is the greatest female singer I’ve ever heard. You missed this one! Angelina gave a livestream concert in December 2021 - age 15! This was a bonus song at the end of the concert. The whole concert was incredible, with jazz musicians from the past, had played with Frank Sinatra, Etta James and many more. Produced in the Republic Records studio in LA, with the studio director, Rob Christie as MC.
@lesgray8709 I couldn't have said it better. The wholte concert was something out of this world. What more can you ask for? Angelina's voice accompanied by such music legends is something you guys should check out even if you can't react to all the classic songs she sang, giving them a whole new meaning and jazzy feeling.

I'm not sure why anyone would be offended by you guys or anyone saying that there are influences of other singers in her voice.
Of course there is. She like all of us listens to music. Every singer draws inspiration from other singers they grew up listening to.
I have every confidence that she does not take offense to be compared to singers like Adele and Amy Winehouse.
I hear Amy in just about everything I've heard her sing, which is not a bad thing. Amy was a unique truly creative artist.
As usual she did an amazing job and you can tell she is genuinely singing to honor those who have supported her. That's a class act.
Hopefully between that support, her maturity and sense of self will help her avoid the dark trappings that took too many artists, including Army Winehouse from us far too soon.
