FIFA ordered this song from Redone (Nadir Khayat) especially for this event. It was delivered, done. Every professional musician has to sing something that he doesn't like so much, but Angelina has mastered this task with flying colours. Exceptional was how professional Angelina mastered the disaster of the technique. First, the volume on their mic was set way too low and the catastrophic bugs with the background music. Like I said, Angelina shone throughout her performance. 👣💯 *AJ* 💯👣
yeah, not the greatest piece of song writing. They would have been better off just letting her sing, "We are the Champions" or some James Brown or Etta James or something. Curious what she could have written if they had asked her?

Apparently this is the FIFA 2022 theme song of sorts and created by RedOne. RedOne is the creative director for FIFA and has a Swedish/Marocan background and has won many awards. Angelina sang amazingly, the song hasn’t quite caught my heart. It is growing on me slowly though. But yeah wonderful opportunity for her to get more known. They sang it just before the announcement of the best players. Afterwards photo’s were made of her and a bunch of the best players. Apparently this week a music video will appear as well and she will appear on Heidi Klum’s Germany Next Top Model as well.

As hard as it is to believe for almost anyone watching Angelina here......MOST OF THE WORLD has no idea she's been the Best female singer alive for the better part of a decade. I think the sly old boys at UMG and Republic have decided this is the year that's going to change. Wish I could have participated in an Angelina Jordan Astar Inc. The main takeaway from this performance was that when she was singing 780,000 people got to hear and see AJ during the livestream! THAT alone was worth it. Poor BG audio, terrible sound management but her voice shone through!
Tee, so glad to see you. The performance was not a showcase for the complex talent of Angelina but it was a showcase for her magnetic presence. For the millions, I hope, who viewed, it was a taste. Some will seek more and some will become angels. It was a simple, toe tapper of a song, easy to enjoy, and I did.

it has this vibe of the disco sound in the 80's. thouse faster songs are out of her comort zone, because she has not the time to fill in some different notes how she normaly does. but, she is a profi, she know's what her voice can do and she looks so fbeautiful on stage.

Very basic lyrics and very repetitive. An easy song for the masses around the football world to understand and even sing along with. Probably a large percentage of the audience could sing parts of this mess before it was finished. Not bad for something meant for a worldwide audience.

Thanks you two! I stayed up late last night and was able to find several different videos of this. The short one filmed before the performance shows Angelina in the crowd of VIP’s and her Mom. AJ Towers above them all and there are “cat calls and whistles” going on towards her. If you watch the complete broadcast this song comes on around the 1:20 mark and shows the complete performance. Interesting camera pms of the audience with some of the guys talking about her as she sings. Angelina’s launch has begun and the sky is not her limit!
People that don't like the song, should try and keep everything in perspective regarding to AJ singing it...Even if the song is not to your taste, but the big picture is, to get AJ more notice and into the mainstream, slowly but surely...Her voice is still supreme...If those that think it's a 'miss ' for our AJ with this song..Keep in mind even 'The King ' himself Elvis had some misses in his career too, especially songs in his movies, which there were a LOT, lol...but look where Elvis is at regarding to people STILL adores and hove his talent...I believe our AJ is the same.. Angelina did not hurt herself with this ho-hum song, her voice was great, as usual, and she looked spectacular, and she got EXPOSURE, not to the audience of footballers who seemed to care less, but to the world viewing audience.
Messi is a big Angelina fan so it was great evening for him so besides winning best male player he heard his favorite singer and met after the show. There is a clip of him opening his shirt to show his tee shirt with a print of AJ's face printed on it.
It was on podcast we got to watch it live. Yes we did and it was red right and they waited till the last two was going to be presented a pivotal point and they sang were the best which is the national anthem for the saying for each soccer game Angelina and red one did a fantastic job they run they know each other neighbors, Switzerland earth yet another country to Sweden and Norway, right I want to change the same border, and everybody knows everybody there they go back-and-forth to visit

I assume this song was written by that guitarist "Redone". He said he likes ABBA, that's where he got the inspiration from and you can clearly hear it. This song obviously parallels the ABBA hit "The winner takes it all". If you compare the chorus, the harmonies are exactly the same, even the line of the melody is similar. And the beat happens to be the same as well, same tempo. Therefore, it's somehow a cheap try to remake a an earlier successful song, but it doesn't live up to ABBA imho. Anyway, no matter the song, we're happy to see Angelina on the world stage now.
We’re so used to her with slow beautiful ballads and standards. Her voice excels in every genre so far. The new album will be a treat. Im sure that republic is putting thier best foot forward. So many legends and icons in the industry are in full support of her. David Foster couldn’t talk enough. He was just meeting Dimash in California im sure designing a way to best introduce him to America. This is all-so exciting to watch unfold.

As hard as it is to believe for almost anyone watching Angelina here......MOST OF THE WORLD has no idea she's been the Best female singer alive for the better part of a decade. I think the sly old boys at UMG and Republic have decided this is the year that's going to change. Wish I could have participated in an Angelina Jordan Astar Inc. IPO a year and a half ago when she made me tear up two notes into a Bohemian Rhapsody on AGT The Champions video. I'm convinced God put her into my RUclips rotation.
Hi Dexter Fletcher & his friend. FIFA missed a trick there. They could've got Angelina to sing for the woman's award & got John Barnes to do a rendition of his "World in Motion" football rap for the mens. Then FIFA could've bribed them both to do a duet as a finale. It sounds logical to me.🤷♂️

The main takeaway from this performance was that when she was singing 780,000 people got to hear and see AJ during the livestream! THAT alone was worth it. Poor BG audio, terrible sound management but her voice shone through!

The performance was not a showcase for the complex talent of Angelina but it was a showcase for her magnetic presence. For the millions, I hope, who viewed, it was a taste. Some will seek more and some will become angels.

it has this vibe of the disco sound in the 80's. thouse faster songs are out of her comort zone, because she has not the time to fill in some different notes how she normaly does. but, she is a profi, she know's what her voice can do and she looks so fbeautiful on stage.

Big time exposure for Angelina. Even singing a bubble gummy but uplifting and catchy anthem. I still get into that voice and what she does with it. Angelina looked like a goddess and Sarah was so proud of her beautiful daughter . I loved it.

I watch it on TV live performance was amazing look absolutely beautiful and she sung very well and the guy she’s really very very famous and he’s promoting her and she said before millions of people on TV in the thousands that was there the top soccer players she got a lot of exposure or she’s not in Europe. She’s been the Russia she’s been appearance before he’s been in Germany. She’s been Sesser Vokey, the saying this girl‘s been around Her I was coming out in 2023 this year she just left. She was been in Japan for a concert and now she’s in Paris and she’s working on the album. She said she supposed to release it this year. She’s on her way to become an international superstar.

I think most of her fans may agree that this is not her type of song, Redone wrote this for FIFA and with the exception of Angelina's wonderful voice this whole thing was not done very well. An audience full of footballers really had no clue who they were watching and this was not the best venue or song to show her talents. Very basic lyrics and very repetitive. An easy song for the masses around the football world to understand and even sing along with. Probably a large percentage of the audience could sing parts of this mess before it was finished. Not bad for something meant for a worldwide audience.

Great reaction guys. Angelina definitely delivered with her outstanding vocals. Not much good things I can say about the background music and how it overshadowed but the performance was great. It is a catchy song and now it's stuck in my head, lol.
Thanks you two! I stayed up late last night and was able to find several different videos of this. The short one filmed before the performance shows Angelina in the crowd of VIP’s and her Mom. AJ Towers above them all and there are “cat calls and whistles” going on towards her. If you watch the complete broadcast this song comes on around the 1:20 mark and shows the complete performance. Interesting camera pms of the audience with some of the guys talking about her as she sings.

People that don't like the song, should try and keep everything in perspective regarding to AJ singing it...Even if the song is not to your taste, but the big picture is, to get AJ more notice and into the mainstream, slowly but surely...Her voice is still supreme...If those that think it's a 'miss ' for our AJ with this song..Keep in mind even 'The King ' himself Elvis had some misses in his career too, especially songs in his movies, which there were a LOT, lol...but look where Elvis is at regarding to people STILL adores and hove his talent...I believe our AJ is the same.. She's not gonna knock every song ( even ones she wrote ) out of the park ALL the time.. Angelina did not hurt herself with this ho-hum song, her voice was great, as usual, and she looked spectacular, and she got EXPOSURE, not to the audience of footballers who seemed to care less, but to the world viewing audience.
Messi is a big Angelina fan so it was great evening for him so besides winning best male player he heard his favorite singer and met after the show. There is a clip of him opening his shirt to show his tee shirt with a print of AJ's face printed on it.
It was on podcast we got to watch it live. Yes we did and it was red right and they waited till the last two was going to be presented a pivotal point and they sang were the best which is the national anthem for the saying for each soccer game Angelina and red one did a fantastic job they run they know each other neighbors, Switzerland earth yet another country to Sweden and Norway, right I want to change the same border, and everybody knows everybody there they go back-and-forth to visit

I assume this song was written by that guitarist "Redone". He said he likes ABBA, that's where he got the inspiration from and you can clearly hear it. This song obviously parallels the ABBA hit "The winner takes it all". If you compare the chorus, the harmonies are exactly the same, even the line of the melody is similar. And the beat happens to be the same as well, same tempo. Therefore, it's somehow a cheap try to remake a an earlier successful song, but it doesn't live up to ABBA imho. Anyway, no matter the song, we're happy to see Angelina on the world stage now.

We’re so used to her with slow beautiful ballads and standards. Her voice excels in every genre so far. The new album will be a treat. Im sure that republic is putting thier best foot forward. So many legends and icons in the industry are in full support of her. David Foster couldn’t talk enough. He was just meeting Dimash in California im sure designing a way to best introduce him to America. This is all-so exciting to watch unfold.
