The Moons on Your Nails Reveal This About Your Health

- In the past, we made a video talking about what your nails can tell about your health. In today's video, we will talk only about the lunula.
Do you know what a lunula is? It's that half-moon on your nails. Did you know that?
That's right, that internal and whitish part of your nail that resembles a half-moon can reveal a lot about your health.
Changes in color, shape and size not only can indicate health issues, but also a predisposition to some diseases. Interesting, isn't it?
This type of diagnosis can help you notice issues faster. Analyze your nails and see what they may indicate:
Invisible lunula
Small lunula
Big lunula
Besides the size, the color of lunulae can also be altered.
A white lunula is a good sign since it is a natural color.
But there are other colors, such as:
Gray, blue-gray, pink, red and black lunula.
Now that we have talked about the possible sizes and colors that lunulae can have, see how they can be different on each finger!

5 months before I have been diagnosed with breast cancer , my right finger thumb had one black straight line and never disappeared .. this was a warning sign to get it checked but I ignored as I did not know about this much that time .. I hope this will be useful to those who read my message

If you people want to have normal nails continue reading. I usually jad damn near perfect nails as a guy. But lately i had a little bit of problems. Not sure if it was my heart, arteries or what. Ling story short, my nails moon crescent disappeared on all my fingers except my thumbs. I started eating whole foods and plant base and theyre slowly starting to appear again. I was getting mild diarrhea but its now getting a lot better.
Well the only ones I got are tiny ones on my thumbs 😕 this really cheered me up

I have fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, erratic heartbeat resulting in my having to take beta-blockers, I have IBS and have recently undergone surgery resulting in having a stoma, I have GERD, Reynauld's, signs of arthritis in my hands, knees, and hips, I get a migraine, I am always tired despite my best efforts to get fit and doctors because the fibromyalgia smashes my nervous system to pieces. I looked at my nails and they have lateral and vertical ridges, pink to grey lunula, some have chunks missing and others have little peaks and the thumbnail lunula takes up a third of my nail... Yep, to the recycling plant for me.
