Righ now I am working in Germany...and I can tell you that such a property-such a stone built house in this fine condition with 18 acres, stream etc. would AT LEAST cost you between 685.000$ to 765.000 $ ......and in some areas of Germany this building with its property easily scratches the million $ mark.....this kind of house is a rare find. Great video.
Fell in love with this one. I grew up on a dairy farm and lived in a home built in 1743. N.Y.S. timber in the basement were split logs. It's where I found the date of the house carved into one of the logs.
+Lisa Hinkemeyer - that is VERY cool!!! Well, I have loved real estate since I was as young as you - and I still do. Always fascinated with houses and land. Real estate will always be important in your life and your financial status - don't rent, always buy and you'll gain wealth, have pride of ownership and no landlord can ever kick you out of your house. Thank you for the note my friend --- and keep watching - the people who appreciate my channel - like you, are the reason I keep making videos. You made my day with this note - thank you, Brad Simmons
OMG!!! It took me 2 1/2 hrs. to watch this, I kept crying (Not sure why) It makes me so sad that these places still exist and people just either don't have the money or want to "upgrade" to modern. I am an artist and I would make that little red shed my studio! Everyone pray, am on disability but maybe God will let me win the lottery. Thank you for sharing this house AND all its history. Am going to look at the rest of your videos, hoping there's more gems. God bless you and prosper your business.

Now in mid 60's , and husband will be 70 .. on Social Security, so now we could enjoy the days, and yet do something everyday to enjoy our life around our home, yet, not rich enough and not going to be physically fit forever.. I could have done ''so much with a home like this'''. We live in NYS and do own a home and love home owning really and being outside in nice weather.. and must really downsize at this time though in life, but this is really* right up our alley if younger.* Oh Lord help us!! My husband was able to do such carpentry and I love planting herbs and could see flowers in the bathtub outside! ( cute) HERBS ARE A MUST AND i
Stellar house bud. Once you got halfway through the basement i had to stop. You were breakin my heart because of 2 things. Im a retired navy veteran here in nyc looking to escape from manhattan...but i dont know anyone down there. Secondly, I'm afraid to ask a price even though stone homes are indeed my favorite. I grew up in a small town in md. that because of its proximity to wash.dc is way overpriced so I'm not going back there. You guys have some of THE hands down most beautiful homes ever and great terrain. I love the woods and remoteness of this setting. You won't have any problem selling this beauty i just wish it could be me. All the best, Mitchell White
I finally had the nerve to finish watching. Your sincerity comes through loud and clear. I think they call that passionate honesty. Quite simply..they know the difference of shicannery versus truth. You get five minutes to convince these people with unlimited funds that you mean busisness. Oh, I would love this place and it's glorious history. The plantation house at Shawnee Springs, burned in 1980's. But there is a cemetery on the place. I never saw it, but heard plenty of stories. This lady's uncle was Joseph Hamilton Daviess , Kentucky's first Attorney General. He married Mildred Marshall, daughter of America's First Supreme Court Justice, John Marshall. I have all this wonderful history embedded in my brain. Daviess was killed at Tippicanoe, in Indiana, fighting in the indian wars. This lady was cousin to Dorothy Pittman Walker mother ofd George H. Walker Bush, President of USA. Interesting history. I got more to tell ....thanks for showing this. I love history.

This house compares to Marriott Ranch in Virginia
Can I assume if the Video is still on RUclips then the house is still for sale?
Beautiful property, I'd fully restore it
How much for this house and how much for the house at Sugar Creek
What is the r value of the stone? Is the house cold in winter?
Is the kitchen and den are add on later or original to house?
Prices stir interest much better then eye tickling you must Jack up prices depending on buyer is my guess.
beautiful home. I dare to ask for the price. lol
***** the price will be in the hi 300s.
I would remodle the whole house, with update and still leave a little charm. and add on to the house in stone. great house has alot of possiblitys.
What the asking price for the house
I’m curious…how is this home heated?
