If you have budget try katana b12v with i7 CPU or iether ot the two if you have budget go for core i7 cpu combo with rtx 4070. Hope it helps

Do you know if the 4070 is better in this case than the 4060 since there are different TDPs. With the ASUS it is a 4060 with 140 watts with the MSI unfortunately I don't know exactly.
