i did everything but i am just confused on how to add images to the VORP inventory bec i come from making a fivem server and all i need to do is all the name of the image to the config and it should be good, but for redm its not the case so if anyone can help me on how to add images to the inventory it would be great.

This may be a stupid question, but is VORP controller friendly out of the box? I used to dev FiveM about five years ago, and if I remember correct there was a framework that was NOT controller friendly at all. Any input on this would be appreciated.

For the most part it seems to be, however it really comes down the the individual scripts you utilize to have controller support.

if I create any other redm server other than VORP I can enter that server just fine, when I try to enter any VORP I create, I get a steam authentication error, anyone have an idea why that happens or how to fix it

Make sure you add your steam web api key to steam_webApiKey to the server.config. The config should have a link on where to get this key

Make sure you have the correct database name, IP, and password. This is what causes this error 99% of the time.

You need the a Database Server like XAMPP running a MySQL-Server.

As a heads up - if you're joining your server and its taking you to the Red dead Online menu, verify
1) RedM and Red Dead are installed on the same hard drive
2) If you're using the Private Lobby manager for RDO, ensure its set to 'public'
When you gotta restart your server and junk, run the start_6683_default.bat file in your folder for your server

You can host from a rented server, free home server, etc.
