I will be coming down to check out the area in a few months but from the research I've done, Puerto Morelos checks all my boxes and I love the fishing Village vibe. Hi there. So glad this video helped you guys. I am not sure on the exact amount of the HOA fees there but $90 seems a bit much as ours are $55 monthly in Palma Real 😁

It's hard being in Florida and not visiting till November. Again, thank you for the video! I do think they said $90.00 - it doesn't say it anywhere on the contract I'm about to sign.
