+tairentruong jerry west was president of the grizzlies back in 08 & while he was gm in LA, mitch was a student of his executive philosophy. so one could argue that the gasol trade was in large part orchestrated by jerry west, therefore giving him credit for all 5 of the last titles
+tairentruong the last two titles were Jerry west back court Kobe bryant and fisher. And west helped the gasol trade with memphis. And lakers for odom from Jerry west free agent Shaq. Mitch has been living off Jerry west for years.

He’s brought success everywhere he went. The logo is legit, a GOAT in his own right.
This guy built championship franchises in LA two times. Then went to Memphis and built a playoff team. Then went to bay area and well, nothing needs to be said. All that since 1982, along with all the changes that the game has experienced. Of course he didn't do all that only by himself, but it's undeniable that he must be one of the greatest GMs of all time, and not only in basketball.
In addition to this, incredible player, NBA legend and champion, MVP, all star and ALWAYS talking with the utmost respect and class.
Hats off to Jerry West, this guy is one of the best persons that has even been in the game

Jerry's whole life has been basketball, he really is the logo and he has a lot of class. Jerry saw something in Kobe and knew it when he saw it. I loved the 2000's era NBA.

-believed he didn’t deserve to be the logo of the league when he became it; has gone on to become the most impactful combination of player and executive in NBA history, creating 3 separate dynasties so far
