Some vehicles will give a P0122 Code: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor Switch 'A' Circuit Low
A P0122 code is set when the throttle position sensor “A” displays lower voltage than normal.
The throttle position (TP) sensor measures how much the throttle body butterfly plate is open.
On some newer vehicles, a P0122 code may point to a problem with the accelerator pedal position sensor rather than the TP sensor.

Thank you, it helped a lot , did clean it and replaced the switch, the engine light still comes on, now check the pedal if I have one there. Its a 99 ford expedition, 5.4

so i have to clean the throttle body first, if that doesn’t work, replace it, and if that doesn’t work replace pedal sensor, perfect .. that’s $2000 for all that at my mechanic .. f me
