Mere ghar pe 10KW ka solar system lga h.. aur ismai axitech k pannels aur hitachi ka 3 phase inverter h.. ab jb 10 din se garmi bahut badhi h aur voltage up-down hone lagi h tab se inverter ne kam karna band kar dia h.. per day sirf 30-40 unit production ho rha h... kya ye problm har jagah hoti h jahan voltage issue.. aur iska koi solution h? app inverter app me alarm section ko check kijie, agar koi alarm aya hua hai to use insataller se check ker waie , ya panel ki cleaning ker waie, us se efficiency improve hogi, bcs itna production low nahi jata

Since it is a on grid or grid tied system the grid voltage fluctuation will impact the working of your system. But you are saying that the daily unit production is 30 to 40 units which is normal . Thumb rule is 4 units per day per KW so in your case it is 10 KW x 4 units = 40. Units per day. Due to voltage fluctuations it may go down to 30 . Is it going down to less than 20 . If so there is a problem . Does the entire system shut down due to voltage fluctuations. Now when did you install the system. If Voltage fluctuations is a common problem in your area then you can do the following In your inverter settings you can set up upper and lower voltage limits . This will stabilize the system. Also check the details of panels voltage range. Another option is change the inverter to a hybrid one and add a a battery back up . By doing this the system will isolate and continue working even if the grid shuts down.

Sorry to hear about your situation. But it needs more details from you to understand and find a solution. 1) when was the system installed. 2) How many Units per day it is generating. ( the thumb rule is 4 units per day per KW. ) in your case it should be 4x4=16 KWH or units per day to 20 units per day. I think you are doing a wrong comparison and mixing up KWH or units with the peak watts generated by the system . P,ease reply .
@@MrKhabbu my solar system is installed on 10th June 2024 and unit generate is 17 units per day but when I see the graph of generation there is sudden drop on wattage when it reaches 3kw and then it keep dropping to 2.5 and maintained the generation at 1.8 kw

It goes up to maximum between 12 Noon to 3 PM when Sun is perpendicular and the maximum generation happens . It also depends on the efficiency rating of the panels as well. That is a little more complicated topic and I am also trying to study it. I have a 2.88 KW plant ( 9x 330 watts) Adani Panels installed in 2017. I get around 1800 to 2000 watts peak power output during 12 Noon to 3 PM and it tapers down after 3 PM and Vice versatile in the morning when it starts low but keeps going up. But at the end of the day I am getting 11 to 13 units per day in months March Onwards when the sky is clear.
