I see your a dietitian on your channel. I am terrible at grocery shopping cooking and counting calorie and macros. I need help. I’m on cardio routine/weight lifting but I want to do calisthenics and mma which means I need to be able to cut 20-35 pounds depending if I go 155 or 170 class. The problem is getting .8g protein per lean mass pound while staying in a calorie deficit is near impossible
Create a list before you go and stick to it when you get there. Don't go shopping on an empty stomach either, you're more likely to buy stuff you shouldn't lol.
