As a kid of the 1970's (born in 67) that grew up loving Universal Monsters & stuff of that nature this collection tour is Awesome ! I have some stuff and collect way too many things but i one day hope to have a set-up like this to display all my stuff.
that frankenstien, wax museum thing was actually a flyer they would give away for free to advertise the museum, i have a few, as i live close to the falls
I have seen the ultimate universal monster collection and this is it.... I saw everything in that room that I have or have ever wanted since I was little im 23 now and hope to have a room like that one day.
I love that hidden room, I’ll have to get one of them one day. I have been collecting for a long time, hopefully when I get older I have a collection like this.
Excellent collection. Stumbled into your channel. Great stuff. Had many of the things displayed. Big time “collector” of Universal Monsters as a kid. Thank you for sharing.
That is one awesome collection.Thank you for Sharon.Takes me back.I had all the Aurora glowing. The dark monsters and the prehistoric scenes wish I still had them
Impressive collection!! Wow you even have the Christopher Lee Mummy mask... never knew they made that! I'm familiar with a lot of this stuff. That 1975 t-shirt... I totally recognize the monster logo because it was on an FM magazine cover. I was also a monster collector back in the early 70s when I was a kid. Famous Monsters of Filmland magazines. All the Aurora monster models. Toys and action figures. The Groovie Ghoolies. Monster Old Maid, my older cousin gave me that set in the box for free. The Barnabas Collins Dark Shadows board game. The Which Witch and Voice of the Mummy board games. That creepy Ka-bala boardgame with the big glowing eye. Those big posters from the ads in the comics. I would set my alarm to wake up late to watch every monster movie I could on TV. My mom made me a Dracula cape. I only had a Frankenstein monster mask and much much later a Fred Krueger but as a kid I couldn't afford them, they were too much $$ in the magazine ads. I also wanted the home movies advertised but they were also out of my range and I never had a projector anyway. When Blockbuster came out in the late 80s I was able to rent and catch up on any monster movies I had missed because they had a lot of them! Before I moved to another state I sold the last 4 of my old Monster Mag collection to a novelty video store. I still have a few vintage monster books left.
your friend may already know, but the Santa Claus was made by the famous holiday animatronic designer Harold Gale. his pieces are very desirable and collectible.
There is something special when 2 people come together that are into the same hobby. I learned a lot of stuff just by hearing you guys talk about everything. Very cool collection.
OMGosh, the creepy creatures coffin shaped puzzle box, I got all 6 for Christmas back in like 1972 I was wondering if I would ever see one again. they do exist. :) Awesome collection dude.
Ha, sometimes I feel like the only weirdo who loves this stuff, then I stumble on a channel like this. Made my day. My thing is I have been trying to zero in on the orchestral writing style of the classic universal/Hammer Studio orchestral scores sound. (I studied music composition in university and it's on my channel if anyone is curious), and I still have a ways to go nailing it. Anyway, this video made my morning and reminded me lots of other people love the classic horror world. Time to go rewatch This Island Earth lol
Absolutely Insane collection, and amazing video! Thank you both for making this video, and Rudy longer videos are better in my opinion. The people who are really interested in seeing stuff more in depth get to really check it out and those who just want quick glances can skip through as they usually do anyways.
Carry on my wayward son there will be peace when you are done...this is bringing me peace ..I want to thank you and your friend for allowing me to see these..so many great memories.
Growing up I was a huge monster fan, I mean there were Playboys too, but that's another story. I presently have assembled a worthy collection of stuff. From models to Showtime figures. I was always afraid to share myself with anyone because I thought I was... " ooky, spooky, and kooky" glad to know Im not alone.
I just read that you knew Wayne’s trick shop! I was wondering where you were from, that would be cool try hitting me up on Instagram or Facebook and you could come check out the collection (Rudy Munis)
My heart leapt for a moment when you said " Saint John ", since I'm in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada...but then you revealed that he's in Indiana. Oh, the pain, oh the pain of it all. Being DOKTOR G'HUL, I am looking for allies, and this ... oh, this would be such a place to visit.
amazing geat lovely collection are you have some Frankenstein stuff for seal? Dubble- D Ram Cam fantastic video also, all the best . Spekko from Holland the netherlands
I've wanted the Floor Crawler Creature and The Wolfman for a long time now and always find them for sale broken. I need to get one to finally admire at home
You said you live in Indiana? Where about? I'm also in Indiana and collect horror stuff. Anyway, came across this video watching other collection videos, great stuff here. New subscriber!
I see, around the 10 minute mark, there is a model kit called "BELLRINGER"...In the 60's I had nearly all of these kits, and it was called "The HUNCHBACK of Notre Dame"...WHY did they change it??
So badass, I grew up with all of this stuff too so many great memories! I was just thinking I have a similar collection only more geared towards 80's horror although I do have some of the OG monsters, you can't have a legit horror collection without paying proper respect to the masters (in my unwanted opinion)! Stoked I found your channel just subbed!
Here’s what’s been bothering me. What monster movies are considered Halloween? Here’s some sample Monster Inc Monsters vs allies Shrek ? Scooby-Doo Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit? Night at the museum? Etc
Hi, Rudy!:) I was wondering if your friend Eric would be open to selling his Creature from the Black Lagoon or Wolf Man grave crawler by Rubies? I am having a hard time finding these online, and I would take either one! Get back to me as soon as you can, I’d appreciate it. I would reach out to Eric myself, but I don’t know how to contact him.
Hey thank you! I’m not sure if he does or not. I’m pretty sure he is on Instagram as well as my buddy Eric that’s in this video they would definitely be able to tell you I’d have to ask some people myself
Yes, please let me know...cost too. This is one of my new favorite vids. I have a very large collection too. A variety of thing though. Are you guys in the Northeast? Love car stuff too. Have owned many hopped up street cars that I raced at dragstrip.
My friend said he doesn’t think that he sells them anymore, however there’s somebody on Etsy that sells their version that looks pretty awesome. In my opinion it looks better than Butch’s release
Dude, everything is always 20 minutes away from your house. Masks, engines, car parts you need, barn finds. Do you live in a magic neighborhood or something? haha
That is like a museum thanks for sharing. . .

Fantastic collection! Thanks to yourself and Eric for sharing.
I had the Castle Dracula colorforms too , my Grandma bought it for me in 1975.
I guess this would be a heaven on Earth for people into the old Universal horror movies as this seems to be the entire theme of this collection.

Hi
Everything is dayglo, digital (art), and dumb. Nobody picks up a brush or mixes their own colors anymore.
Ok
