Matt is an incredible mask maker super innovative with his use of hand sculpted and 3-D printed masks, he's one of my biggest influences as a newer mask maker. I agree 100% that his Fright Night masks are the best out there! Not only are his hand sculpted masks great but just as impressive are his unique 3-D printed custom bases, they take his masks to the next level, also his 3-D printed teeth and other accessories are so cool!

That Topstone injured guy is the Split Head. He’s a Keith Ward character. I’ve got a foamed rubber one and a plastic one. The other one you really like is called Lumpy. He was ripped off an Ugly Stickers character named Leroy.

Rudy, thanks for this and your last video mentioning Joe Reader, Many moons ago ,I purchased from Joe two masks from his 86 catalogue and I still have them, I have one of his Vampye masks and a half mask called Vampire, both from the 86 cat. They are both still very pliable but the Vampye did suffer a few cracks to the nape of the nose and on it's neck, due to gravity ,these were patched up on the inside with natural latex and have held up well over the years The Full head Vampye has been under plexiglass for years , just like your Don Post's Nosferatu and kept away from sunlight. Based on your comments I get the impression we are almost the exact same age. Growing up in Ohio in the late 70s, early 80s, my Halloweens were exactly like you describe in Indiana. Thankfully as an adult I am living in Ohio again and settled my family in neighborhoods where, at least for a few hours, Halloween night is just as vibrant and active as when I was a kid. And my little 6 year old daughter is getting to experience "the real thing"!!

Great videos, info, great looking other cars you and joe have done. On a 1976 trans am with the grill inserts, that hav the chrome edging? I hav some needing restoring the chrome, or need to purchase some, do you know anybody that can restore the chrome? Or sell me new ones? Any and all info is appreciated..cant wait to see out come of your T/A build

Totally feel the same about the love for fall and the holiday of Halloween itself. I'm in my early 20s, much younger than most people in this community, but I've always had a huge fascination with this type of stuff, 70s and 80s horror, the masks and the entire spirit of Halloween, even growing up in the mid 2000s in my neighborhood Halloween was always valued and celebrated by most people. Maybe because I'm a bit older now but things just don't feel the same anymore. Been watching your channel for a few years now, you're one of the only people who does these types of videos on vintage masks, always enjoy tuning in whenever you upload. Love hearing your stories and seeing the spotlight put on some of these rarer lesser-known pieces. Some younger people have a fascination with this hobby and it's great to see someone making this type of content.

Your vidro is very informative, and trying to under take a full build, or like you said, "restoreation", cant wait to follow your outcome, we hav a 1976 trans am from the 1982 movie, best of the best 2, and started taking apart the car, it has a blue bird and stencils graffix, we going to keep it, restore it , to the movie specs, and keep it a occassuonal fun driver,, i installed the intellotronix analog gauge dash in a 75 C10 and look nearly stock, im sure im keeping the blue birds original cause they all still worked, silver dash, wheel, movie car has rallys, ram air, spoilers and the front bumper movie car brackets used to pull car in some scenes. Hey paint the M/T valve civers same color as engine, just wipe off ribs/letters, would be cool, too..thank you n joe for taking your time shooting videos..

Hi there Rudy, hope your daughter is getting better and I could understand that pain with your back. I am in my mid 20s and I messed up my back doing a lot of heavy lifting like lifting hay bales. I got two epidurals but I still have to be careful. Staying in bed when I was going to get my first epidural, your videos brought be back into the Horror/Halloween spirit like I had when I was in high school. Thank you!

Also, when yer' gonna bust out a sweet watch, tell us what kinda' watch it is, where it came from(background/origin), what it retails for and if it's fer' sale!😂 Then, hop right back into the masks, like nothin' ever happened..👍
