[SFM] Eli expresses how proud he is of Gordon

Decided to remake this one particular scene I liked from hl2 ep2 for animation practice. almost all animations here are hand animated except for the walking parts.

I like that you can hear the metal clanking of Eli's prosthetic leg whenever he's walking as opposed to just using the same generic walking sound for both of his legs. It's a small detail, but it adds a layer of realism

Gordon really needed that, but he needs a hug and someone who can listen to what is on his mind!
like Gordon is literally suffering from heavy PTSD after going through the whole mess of Black Mesa and City 17, he watched his colleagues and innocent people die, even kill people he knew (like his coworkers in Black Mesa) zombified by the headcrabs, when people ask which videogame suffered the most they would either think about Kratos, Max Payne or someone else but there are a handful of people who would say Gordon Freeman, I just feel bad to him and listen to him if he has something on his mind or get things off his chest to get rid of those heavy weights on his shoulders (yes I know Gordon never said a word haha) and still I would say to him none of it is his fault, no one knew that the Xen crystal do so much damage, that Gordon was defending himself back in Black Mesa and help out his friends and the innocent in need, if the story of Half-Life ever comes to an end then I hope Gordon can have a good breather before resting and enjoy the peace he longed for that ends his suffering!

God...I forgot that scene. I played HL2 for the first time on the 360, I think. I'm actually not sure, but I'm almost positive I didn't have the computer at the time to run it. I played it all the way through, episode 1 and 2 included, and just...moved on. I never went back (I do that with a lot of games, they feel like they should be experienced once and that memory of the game is what you carry moving forward. Stupid and nonsensical, especially when so many games are designed to be played in multiple fashions and ways, but my monki brane broak.) I never went back and played it again. I wonder if I should play it again now.
