I made this today. I didn't have chole so I used kala masoor dal instead that I had boiled. I also didn't have breadcrumbs so just broke off bread and added it. It tastes fantastic. Next time will double this recipe. Frying them takes barely 3- 5 minutes. Its a good way to use palak. And just to add, as the lady's voice instructs in the end, after grinding and make the cutlets put the mixture in the fridge. It tends to firm up nicely.
